We had been holding onto items one or another family member "wanted" for 4 years. We also were…read morereplacing a sofa with a chair and had another sofa we no longer needed. Then there was the pile of debris from a shelving unit we had to break up to remove, and finally, a fallen tree stump that we could not even budge. We decided that all of this had to go. Ready and Willing was the second company we spoke with, and they were so responsive and willing to accommodate us with making sure they knew what was being removed and we knew the cost. Sharing photos and dialog until we were confident that they were the right choice. They were on time, friendly and efficient, and very respectful of us and our home. Most importantly, they were as good as their word in service and price. I highly recommend them and will call them again if there's ever a need.

The worst experience you can imagine. The original quote was "I would put you in the ballpark range…read moreof $595-$675" which sounded great. They arrived and reevaluated the load and raised the fee to $800 which was eventually agreed to for all of the wood to be taken away. To say the least they definitely don't know how to effectively load the truck. The crew said that they loaded all they could and asked for payment. The images show the original pile, what/how it was loaded into the truck and what was left behind. Never use this company unless you want a job half done I asked repeatedly to call the owner which was continuously refused.

The service is consistently poor. They miss my trash pickup about twice a year and my recycling…read morepickup roughly once a month. When you call to report it, you have to wade through eleven automated prompts before reaching a human. Once you finally do, they recite the rules to you as if you've done something wrong -- even when you haven't (I know the rules inside and out at this point). They refuse to acknowledge that they might have missed a pickup and always shift the blame to the customer. There's no meaningful recourse, and they operate as if they don't have to provide reliable service -- because they know you have no alternative.

There was a time we drove our trash out here instead of pick up, so we knew what was going on but now you go in and every time it seems the rules have changed. They used to be chill and suddenly they are militant and sometimes they run up to the truck with the measuring tape to see what you have which is hard when half or more of your truck is recycle. I think we get overcharged. The other day we went in with a bunch of recycling and it was like being questioned by the trash police, even though all we have is in neat sorted piles in the truck, then we had one trash can they wanted to charge us over $30 for one can saying they had a minimum charge now. That can went right back home to the curb for the extra $6 can charge. I hate going in here now is all I can say, I cannot keep up with all these rules they change constantly. At one point the woman at the window claimed they never ever took buckets, but we, being hoarders apparently had a list of stuff from a while back, in the sun visor and yep, buckets were on there, but not now. I suspect next time we go, they will be back on the list but off before we can get out of there. Meh
