I was an active patient of his for over 8 years. For a while I was commuting from NYC to CT just to see him because I could not find in NYC the same level of service, expertise and professionalism that I find at Stratford Dental Care. Reinaldo is extremely knowledgeable, and very passionate about his job. He's extra cautious about all procedures, and truly ensures that one is comfortable in his office. The staff at Stratford Dental Care is exceptional. You'll receive warm and friendly smiles as soon as you walk in. They're all very professional adults, as opposed to other dental offices that I've been to, which hire very young teens as receptionists and whom not only are unprofessional but sometimes are rude and unwelcoming. The name of my most capable hygienist is Sandi, not Cindy. Unkowingly I have been call her by the wrong name all these years. Sandi is very dexterous and thorough in cleaning my teeth. She is so experienced that she knows all about my teeth in and out. I know that I am in good hands caring for my teeth. You must ask for Sandi if you need to clean your teeth. As for Dr. Wasserlauf, I just had a tooth implant, for the first time under his care. He was amazing! While he was working on my tooth, I did not feel what was going on in my mouth. He prescribed pain medicine for me but I did not need it since there was no pain in my mouth after the surgery. Dr. Wasserlauf restored all my teeth to good condition that were very badly looked after by a dentist when I lived in Hong Kong. Without Dr' Wasserlauf's care I would have been wearing dentures at a young age. Dr. Wasserlauf is capable, conscientious and caring beyond monetary gain. Do not hesitate to visit Dr. Wasserlauf and/or Sandi for dental care. They are the best!

The first change is the music. Under the previous management it seemed like they subscribed to elevator music. This time the music was great. The comfort level was tremendous. Normally when I come out of the dentist my mouth is in pain, today it was different my teeth were cleaned but the professional touch Nina had was tremendous. I waited 45 minutes pass my appointment before I was informed and I had to ask why I was waiting. No one bothered to inform me earlier. The place has a depressing feeling and is dimly lit.
