Saw Dr. Zuckman for suspicion lesion in the roof of my mouth. Dr. Zuckman took two photographs…read morewith his iPhone, left the room, and when he returned he stated, "my pathologist is 100% sure this is a herpetic viral infection." He prescribed an anti-viral and ended the consultation. Teh Standard of Care for the diagnosis of a herpetic viral infection is a PCR (culture) test in a lab, not a photograph from an iPhone. I later found out that he claimed to send the photos digitally to a pathologist in Pennsylvania. Here we are in Greenwich, CT, and Zuckman sends the photos to somebody in another state. Turned out it was NOT a herpetic virus, but Zuckman's 100% diagnosis ruled out cancer, trauma, a non-herpetic virus or other causes for the unusual lesion. Once I began taking the anti-viral, the PCR test I asked my physician for became less reliable. However, it did show no herpetic virus at all. Zuckman never counseled me about "herpes," transmission, lifestyle, etc., nor did he ask if I had any history of herpetic viruses. I did not. His 100% from "his pathologist" was reckless and he later denied the statement entirely. Failing a resolution directly with Zuckman, I have filed a formal Complaint with the CT Department of Public Health related to his diagnosis, his treatment, his potential violation of my HIPAA patient rights and the use of a PA physician that may or may not be licensed to provide diagnosis for a CT patient. Importantly, Dr. Zuckman REFUSED to answer my questions on these topics and I told him I would file a Complaint if he did not. Small point, but worth mentioning. My mouth was in 8-9/10 pain because of this lesion. I called for some kind of prescription pain relief and Zuckman's office refused. Was told to take Motrin.

Terrible dentist with terrible professionalism. My child was in need of a filling for a cavity,…read morewhich I feel is a pretty basic procedure, but instead of taking the time to clean out the cavity, Dr. Milazzo simply filled it on the spot. Weeks later my child's tooth had rotted and decayed from the inside, requiring an extraction. This is a permanent tooth that my child will never get back. When I confronted Dr. Milazzo about this, he lost his temper at me and blamed me for not taking better care of my child's teeth and that the rotting was my fault, despite him acknowledging that he did not clean it out himself first. It is standard procedure for dentists to clean out cavities before filling; no dentist I have met expects the parent to clean out their child's cavity first.

Dr. Edibam said that's not possible that his staff didn't say that and said I'm lying. He then proceeded to yell at me saying there's nothing wrong with me and he can't do anything. Then I explained my symptoms and he said everyone else has the same symptoms. He then laughed at me and said "you were born this way, what do you want me to do?" And I started crying and looked to the medical assistant who was a young female who looked away while standing behind me. I asked her why she is letting the doctor speak to me this way and asked if she was a woman also. She proceeded to leave the room and block the door. I felt very unsafe and he charged me for the visit anyways and when I called to take it off the lady at the front desk said no. Please do not go here. Especially if you're a young female. I'm a young back women and I'm not sure if that's why he was triggered and bullied me as a doctor in the visit. If you are going to go, being your parents or someone Who is able to oversee and step up for you.
