One small incident happened with some of the front desk staff that could have been easily handled and I felt as a long time customer there was no compassion or just concern regarding my concern as a long time customer. I feel the front desk staff needs to be trained from management all the way down the line. Some of the front desk staff are really awesome and great, however its just sad that a couple bad apples can ruin a bunch. Overall service is awesome when it comes to the doctors doing what you expect and they do deliver A+ service. Beware! of how you may be treated by front desk when there's and issue.

I thought I felt a piece of tooth left but when I went back in I was informed that a piece of bone with left. The doctor clipped it off and did not use any numbing agent. In addition, I feel like I was overcharged. Instead of charging me my portion of my insurance I was informed that they charge more than what my insurance allows/allocates so I have to pay the difference which was not told to me when I questioned why my estimate was so high. Update- As of 5/20/26 I'm still waiting on my refund of $671.40 due to fraudulent billing practices (in-network balance billing) and I keep getting the run around. After this post Anna from the office called me again to refund me $621. Which is $50 less than they owe me, but she refused to listen to me as she had done in the past, stating that they still haven't received my insurance payment, but are doing me a favor by issuing me a refund. My insurance company sent an electronic payment a month ago but the dentist office did not accept it and instead opted to wait on a check. So, no they are not doing me a favor by refunding me some of the money I'm owed. This incident has been so stressful and mentally draining when you deal with people who are not consumer focused, but instead reply with narcissism. I also emailed the patient advocate and have not received a response yet. In addition, I called to confirm my appointment scheduled for Monday 6/15/26 and was informed that I was blocked from making any more appointments at any location. It sounds like it should be illegal to me retaliating because I spoke up against improper billing practices.

    Today's experience at this clinic was unacceptable and deeply unprofessional…read more I clearly confirmed both at the time of booking and again upon arrival that I was scheduled for a regular dental cleaning. I have received regular cleanings many times before and am fully familiar with the procedure. There was nothing about the service I received that differed from a standard cleaning. Only after the service was completed did the clinic claim that this visit was a "deep cleaning follow-up" and attempt to shift the billing responsibility to me by instructing me to contact my insurance company. This is completely inappropriate. I do not accept responsibility for services that were never explained, never consented to, and were retroactively reclassified after treatment. Any billing issues resulting from this misrepresentation are the clinic's responsibility, not mine. The situation was further aggravated by the rude and unprofessional conduct of the front desk staff. As a non-native English speaker, I was treated with clear disrespect. During the interaction, staff explicitly referred to me using terms such as "female" and "Asian," which was unnecessary, inappropriate, and deeply troubling. This behavior reflects racial and gender bias and made me feel targeted rather than assisted. I expect healthcare providers to act with transparency, professionalism, and basic respect. This clinic failed on all three counts. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to others.
