Horrible experience!! Dr. Seretis should lose his license!! I went here with tooth pain last…read moreOctober 2025 and was told by Dr. Seretis that I would need a root canal my very first. Little did I know what a nightmare this would spiral into. Before he even started he mentioned drinking baileys in coffee as he belched it up, I should've known better and left right then and there. After the surgery (which took numerous times to numb me) I was seemingly fine but when the crown came in that's when things went south fast. The first crown I told him it was way too big to fit. Instead of pulling it out and agreeing with me he insisted it should fit and instead sanded down my perfectly healthy top teeth that I will now need crowns for. It took over 6 visits to finally receive a crown that fit and even then it looked like a freaking marshmallow! I cannot believe he thought this passed as good work at let me go home!! This is insane for how much I paid, I received below suboptimal work! The other staff that works there were very nice and apologized to me repeatedly due to all the screw ups but there is no taking any of this back. My teeth which were once perfect are now permanently ruined! After a while my crown started hurting, I ended up not going back for fear of further risking tooth destruction. I later went to 2 different dentists to get second opinions bc my crown was hurting so bad. They both literally told me the same thing. Turns out micro instruments had broken off deep in my tooth and along with the gaps he left in the crown it was a perfect recipe for an abscess. My top teeth were sanded down to the dentin, (the yellow part as you can see in the pics). Both other dentists said they couldn't save the crowned tooth and I would need an implant to fix it, and crowns on the teeth that were sanded down. Now on top of the bill I'm still paying Seretis, I'm also paying off the start of a long road for an implant. 8 months for this to be completed due to Dr. Thomas J. Seretis's negligence! Please if you value your teeth do not go to this butcher! Shame on you Dr. Seretis! You told me you love being a dentist but hate mean people, well now I see why so many people are mean to you!

So to have found a place that I don't have major anxiety going to is a relief on so many levels. Dr Sim and his staff are beyond amazing. I've had a root canal, wisdom tooth extraction and many cavities taken care of at this establishment. I have never had an issue with any of it. The staff is kind and very attentive to my needs and insane fear of being there. The doctor himself is the nicest man I've ever met. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Here's the audit trail of events and an attached picture of their handiwork. 12/15/2015 - NW Dentist - initial visit - Dr. Kmak only looked in mouth for approx 20 seconds. 12/29/2015 - Crown prep, over 30 minutes late seeing me, felt ton of pain, only worked for five minutes or slightly less, left assistant to do bite check and sealant around temp. crown 12/30/2015, 8:30am approx - called in first part of day to complain about swelling mouth from sealant on my gums and get appointment scheduled. 12/30/2015, 12:50pm approx - mouth getting worse, called to see if they could see me any earlier at any time as swelling and pain was increasing; was told dentist not available, asked to see anyone, told no dentists were available all were gone on vacation, go to ER if needed 01/05/2016 - Dr. Kmak (dentist) at NW Dentist to get broken temporary fixed. He looked at it. I had to prod him with the fact that my four-day holiday weekend was spent in pain before I got a mumbled "sorry" and no further accountability taken. He left room after approximately 20-30 second exam and left assistant to re-seal tooth. 01/05/2016 - spoke with office manager at NW Dental about my concern. She offered to have me see a different dentist; I said no. She negociated $150 write-off on my remaining fees. In effect I spent approximately $800 to feel a ton of pain, be treated poorly, and walk away to another dentist (who is awesome!). I did get the crown to take with me and it fit. And the tooth preparation was good enough for me new dentist. So, visit this office after making your own assessment, but there is a better place out there.

The team here at Tiger is one of very rare quality. From every question and concern, down to my own comfort level, they were amazing. Went in for an emergency visit due to a broken tooth, after a complete comprehensive and thorough exam, a care plan and "schedule" was devised that matched my needs and the recommendations of the dentist. Dr. B is awesome and super understanding. If you're ever felt embarrassed or felt like you're been judged at the dentist...I promise you, the ENTIRE staff here can at least give you a new outlook that will have you go back for more.
