When he…read moremoved his practice from Waldron Avenue to this new location, I was unaware that he would be sharing his patient load with other dentists. Her first cleaning here was with Dr. Willis. I had no idea until we got there and were walked back. Immediately, Dr. Willis talked about my daughter getting braces and insurance not paying for them because she didn't need them. I was like, "Huh?" We weren't there for a braces consult, there was no mention by anyone other than him of braces; it really seemed out of left field. Now I know when I schedule an appointment, that I need to request Dr. Lee, and will make a point of doing that. I like that they continue to let the parent go back with their child (upon request). Not every clinic does that. I just wish there wasn't such a long wait for an appointment because of that simple request. (We had to re-schedule her most recent cleaning due to illness and can't get in again for two months).

Front staff minus the one visit very early on of going here has all been great and they have you checked in as soon as you walk in the door. Dentist, she has always been very explanatory of what needs to be done, recommendations and asking questions about how your doing. Hygienist and I'm pretty sure I was treated by all throughout my treatment plan there was only one that lacks chair side service. She is rough, has no care about being rough and her tone of voice is as rough as she is personally but other than that everyone else is extremely caring, patient and very easy going.

Dr. Moore helped save my tooth!…read more Went in to have an odd bump on my gums looked at. Dr. Moore diagnosed it (correctly) as an infection due to a failed root canal. Instead of immediately talking about pulling the tooth, though (which would have meant more money for him over a longer course of treatment), he recommended I go see Dr. Hiatt to check if he could re-treat the root canal and allow me to keep my original tooth. Dr. Hiatt *was* able to save my tooth, so thanks to Dr. Moore I was able to avoid having to go through a tooth pull + getting a partial or an implant. What's more, his staff is friendly, and he was perfectly willing to sit with me and explain all my options until I had all my questions answered. Will definitely be going back for regular checkups, and any other dental work I need.
