He was able to schedule an appointment for me within a reasonable time frame. They went above and beyond to help me out, Jeremy even delivered the car to by residence after it was detailed. When he knew I didn't have a ride back to my house, which is 30 minutes away, he offered to come pick up my truck & return it to me after it was detailed. SO so pleased with how amazing my car looked!!! I'm not joking it looked brand new when they were done with it. I had accidentally faded the door panel trying to clean it myself a while back, they were even able to get it back to its pristine black! We live in Oregon and we're here visiting, after taking the car camping and the 12 hour drive with children in the back seat I thought I'd look into having it detailed. They were very kind and got me in so fast, got it done in one morning. I don't really want to load the car back up it's so pretty now. They got every little cranny cleaned out, you know all the slits between the bottons you can never get full cleaned, perfect. HIGHLY recommend this place. He was professional and said he could take care of my car that morning. I arrived and he and his crew got to work on my car while I waited. The crew was a well oiled machine as they worked. I appreciated their attention to detail with the engine, cleaning the nooks and crannies. My engine shines! They and even washed the outside of my car. My car was done within an hour. I do construction work and always am dirty so my car was pretty beat up with dirt on the inside and out and i never have time to give it a good clean but someone recommended My Detail shop to me and heard that he had 20+ years experience so i said why not. So i called jermey up and talked to him and he was very respectful and very professional. We have used Jeremy for 3 cars this week and he's so good we refer him to our family. We bought a new (used) car and needed that "deep clean" to make it feel new. Honestly it's amazing how good a job he did. He also got out IMPOSSIBLE water spots off my Camaro that I left sitting in the sprinklers over the summer. A wax later and it looks better than ever. We were blessed with a loaner vehicle to use until we upgrade this summer and my wife gets a new car. The one we were loaned it's greatly appreciated however it came as an absolute wreck inside. The family of four who provided it have two kids under the age of 4. There was milk, yogurt, and all types of drinks spilled throughout all over the vehicle especially upholstery carpet etc. They found Cheerios in places I didn't think existed. Jeremy at My Derail Shop went above and beyond and actually unbolted all three seats from the vehicle to be able to properly clean and sanitize everything. I would absolutely use them again as they were quite fair and honest and actually put in more work then I had expected trying their best to make the completed job meet their standards. I met Jeremy Pfennig the owner of "My Detail Shop" through a friend of mine who highly recommended him. After a friendly and informative conversation, I made arrangements to have my recently recovered Toyota Avalon detailed after it was stolen and thoroughly trashed. I really believed my carpets and leather seats were ruined, and my car was absolutely filthy inside and out. Jeremy was confident he would be able to restore the vehicle to its previous luster, so I got the best detail job available. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off at his convenient shop location on Airport Road, Jeremy and his crew Nolan and Jarrod were immediately on the job. I dropped the car off at 9:00 am and I was told my car should be completed by 2:00 pm. I was somewhat skeptical, but when I received the call my car was finished at 1:30 pm I was really surprised ... but nowhere near as surprised and pleased as when I saw the finished job! I was absolutely amazed at how great a job they did. My carpets and my leather seats where fully restored, the exterior of the vehicle was professionally cleaned and polished and my light lenses clear again. every single inch of my vehicle was clean and absolutely beautiful. Windows, Dash, Steering wheel, consoles, armrests all perfectly cleaned. They thoroughly vacuumed beneath the seats and inside the trunk. My tires were cleaned and remarkably they even got my wheels and rims to shine again when I thought the scratches could never be removed. Not one thing was overlooked - not even the gas tank access compartment. I needed my car detailed so I called and scheduled an appointment. The customer service was efficient and friendly and they got me right in! They were thorough in their explanation as to what I was paying for and what I was to expect, which was definitly within a reasonable budget! The location was easy to find, because of the detailed instructions I got from the manager. I got what they call a "Spiff", and I havent seen my car this clean since I bought it! The detail technecian did show me that there was mold growing on my back floorboard so he recommended I add a steam clean to my service. Im so glad that he brought that to my attention. I needed to have my 2010 Ford F150 FX4 company truck detailed before it was to be sold. It had not been detailed in six years and was extremely dirty inside and out.
