About 2 hours before we arrived at the oil change center in which by the way we had no plans to get our oil change. We were heading down market street on our way to play a wiggle ball game and when we reached market and twin view light I noticed a little kitten in the center divide section. I stoped and put my hazard lights on and got out soon after that then the kitten ran under the car under the engine compartment. We pulled over alone with a good samaratin to try and get the kitten out of the engine area. After 10 minutes or so we didn't succeed so I had no choice but to carry on to wiffle ball. We were playing for about hour and half. After the game we looked in the engine compartment area and the kitten was still there. Tried again to get the kitten out with the help of 5 or 6 friends and again...... not happening. So I figured I needed an oil change anyway so headed to premier hoping they could help. As we pulled in the asked of course are you here for an oil change and I said yes but I'm also here to see if you can get a kitten out of the top engine compartment. With our hesitation 2 workers took about 4 minutes till they got to the kitten. They took the kitten out and said they will call animal rescue. Those 2 were very polite and were willing to go the extra mile for just a little kitten that was scared very much. This was a black kitten I would hope someone who reads this will adopt. Just the fact that this little thing escaped the traffic and then survived roughly 5 or 6 miles by an engine. Makes this little guy with more than 9 lives.

On Saturday, since it had been a couple of months since my last wash, we decided to return to Quick Quack to have our car cleaned once again. As usual, when I pulled up to the customer service representative, I was greeted with a friendly smile, which I always appreciate. However, on this day I was not thanked for my business, which is understandable given that there seems to be a new employee every time we visit. While this isn't a major concern, a simple acknowledgment of returning customers would enhance the overall experience. Since I do not subscribe to the unlimited monthly plan at $32.99, I opted for a one-time wash. In a previous visit, I recall being offered an unlimited plan at a much more reasonable $18.99 per month. In my opinion, that is a much better price point and one that I would like to encourage Quick Quack to offer as it would help me and probably others maintain as an ongoing subscription. However, at $32.99 per month, considering how infrequently I would use it, I find it a bit too expensive for my needs. If Quick Quack were to bring back the lower price or offer a promotion for loyal customers, I would be much more inclined to subscribe. That being said, I have no complaints about the quality of the service itself. The car wash consistently does an excellent job, leaving my vehicle looking spotless and shining. Additionally, the vacuums provided are strong and effective, making it easy to clean the interior of my car thoroughly. These aspects of the service are what keep me coming back. My only suggestion would be for Quick Quack to offer some type of promotion or loyalty incentive to those who continue to visit regularly. It would be a great way to show appreciation for customers who choose Quick Quack time and time again. Even a small discount or promotional offer every so often would go a long way in maintaining customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. Nonetheless, I will continue to visit this location because I truly appreciate the way my vehicle looks and shines after each wash. The high-quality results and friendly service make it a reliable and worthwhile option for keeping my car clean. I called to ask about their propane services--specifically, what time they stop filling tanks. The employee was extremely rude from the start and hung up on me multiple times when I called back to get a clear answer. This is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this, as no one should be treated that way. 1/5 stars - won't be returning.
