Super expensive for what little bit they did doesn't look like they did much more to the outside than just wash it. Never go there again.

I recently had my Honda Civic detailed I was quoted $325 for top to bottom cleaning hand wash and polish dressing inside and out including all windows and $75 for headlight restoration totaling $400. They had my car overnight and had called the next morning saying that they would be done with the detailing in about 30 minutes to an hour and I told him it would take me a little longer then that. When My husband and myself arrived about two hours later clearly they had done a horrible job. Right off the car was parked in the shade so imperfections of their work didn't show the back window was partially in the sun and was filthy, I'm not sure they had even cleaned it. As we pulled the car out into the light there was missed spots on the outside wash job my husband scraped off road gunk with his finger nail, the front bumper didn't look like it had been cleaned either. The inside things weren't completely cleaned either the headliner wasn't spot cleaned the windows are all horrible (corners and edges, swirl marks), the seatbelt latches weren't cleaned. Some of the issues were addressed while we waited 45 minutes to an hour but not to satisfaction. I had to leave my husband there to wait while they did some additional cleaning but when he arrived home I could not believe how horrible the windows still were and that's when I noticed that the seatbelt latches had not been cleaned and other small areas that hadn't been wiped completely. I would not recommend this company! read more

My 2009 Honda Civic had suffered 6 years of dogs, kids and overall neglect regarding the interior and cleanliness. It was, in a word, filthy. Jason performed some sort of inexplicable magic and made it look just like it did 6 years ago when I drove it off the lot at Crown Motors. When I rolled up to the Starbucks drive-thru flexin' hard and ordered my Grande Half-Caff Skinny Vanilla Soy Milk No Whip Double Shot Hold the Whip Latte, the dude at the window was like "Whoa bruh, nice new car!" And I was like "Dawg, this thing is 6 years old yo!" He literally shit in his pants. For real though Jason did an awesome job. It truly looks like a brand new car again. Several weeks ago, my husband and I took our once-beautiful 2014 Tundra to Platinum Detail for detailing/repair. The Tundra had been driven through brush which scratched the paint on both sides of the truck. In addition, someone had thrown an unknown liquid on the truck, while it was parked, which permanently marked the finish. There were also several deep scratches on the tailgate and pitch on the leather seats. We did not think it was possible to restore the Tundra to its former beauty. Jason worked on the Tundra for two days and we could not believe our eyes! He was able to match the truck's specialized "glitter" paint and "hide" the deep scratches, somehow made the brush-scratches and chemical stains disappear, restored the leather seats, and did an overall cleaning/sealing that made our Tundra look like it did on the showroom floor when we purchased it. The total cost for our Tundra's complete restoration was $1500. Jason was very professional, conscientious and literally transformed our Tundra's former beauty! read more

I took my car to Platinum Detail to have it detailed after just getting back from vacation driving up and down the state. Also I have dogs that travel with wiry hair that's hard to get out. Jason and his crew did a fabulous job. The inside of my RAV4 was spotless and any scratches from grocery carts or car doors on the outside of my car had been buffed out. Also I wasn't aware that you needed to empty out your glove box or center consul when you get your car detailed (it was my first time) and they boxed everything up for me. I haven't had in cashed check and a gift card it was still in the car when I pick it up. I definitely will be using them again. read more

Great place to get your car detailed. I took my Camery in last Saturday and it looks brand new on the inside. I was pretty impressed on how well it turned out. I dropped my car of first thing in the morning and it was ready by early afternoon. The prices are reasonable especially for the superior service. I had a few food stains on the carpet and seats and now there isn't a trace of them. If you're trying to find a place to get your car detailed this is a great place, I will definitely be bringing my car back to help maintain the brand new look it has again. read more

No job to big for these guys. I took my husband truck here and believe me it was a mess. When I went to pick it up, it was a new truck. Could not believe they were able to make it look so good and brought the truck back to life. They accommodated my work schedule and are very friendly. Jason and his team did an amazing job on my truck. I had bad water spots from parking next to the sprinklers for too long and they got them all off. The best part is that I dropped it off on Monday and was able to pick it up on Tuesday mid day, very fast service. Terrible job detailing the interior of my car. I had to take it back a second time and show them everything they missed and they still missed some of the same spots. Today I had my daughter's Kia detailed , both exterior and interior and I am one satisfied customer. Both Jason's were very nice to do business with. The blond Jason did the work on my daughter's car and did great work. It looked new on all the surfaces and the seats were near as new as they could be considering the extent of abuse they saw before taking it to them. Jason even offered to have me bring it back if a stain popped up again after drying. Really good customer service what every good company should have. The exterior was fabulous also, tires, wheels, and chips and scratches and matched the paint with touch ups. I was so happy to have this done and am a satisfied customer. Took weeks and weeks to get my car in. They missed obvious spots I had to clean myself when I got the car home. I had an organizer between the seats which they removed, but did not replace. It's not easy to install. I thought they would have a way to dry out the shampooing before we picked it up, but everything was very wet and it took two days to get it dried out. read more
