They even used the front yard space and driveway to make a beautiful sit down area with low benches and pillows with lace wrapping around the yard to make for an intimate and private event. Before we arrived around 5:00 p.m. there was a hail storm that covered the ground with white. We were also a bit nervous because rain was in the forecast and the wedding ceremony was outside. Of course all the seats were wet, but the wedding venue or planner had umbrellas for everyone. One of my other cousins brought a wrap and she let many of us use that to dry off our seats. It basically started pouring right when the ceremony began and we all got pretty wet even with umbrellas, but my uncle who was officiating cut the ceremony pretty short which was funny. The house was beautiful and there was a big bar area on one side that everyone congregated at after the ceremony. Then a double rainbow appeared and everyone, including the wedding party went outside to take photos. The ballroom where the reception was held was really nice with a dance floor on one side in the middle.
