    I just visited Stanton Optical in Forney TX. I was greeted by a very welcoming and friendly young lady. My glasses had broke today and needed glasses asap. She took her time to help me out and give me her advice on at least 15 pairs of glasses that I tried on, always giving me her honest and friendly opinion. I ended up on settling on two pairs which I ordered and can't wait to receive in about a week or so. I cannot see as my current glasses are not fixable. She took the time to check to see if they had any contacts that I could use until I receive my glasses. They have a great selection with all pricing options, between the incredible service and the selection. I'm so excited to get my new glasses and use them for all future needs. Thank you so much!     I recently had a fantastic experience with eyelab. The 2 people who treated me with great customer service were Naovy and Cynthia. From the moment I walked into their store, their staff made me feel welcome and attended to. The optician who assisted me with my frames and lenses. They clean the lenses and fix the frames. They probably took 5 minutes, and they're incredibly knowledgeable. for anyone looking for fast, efficient service and exceptional customer care!"

    If I could give this location zero stars I would. Lack of communication, staff is not trained well. Took in frames to get POLARIZED or TRANSITIONAL lenses. First two times they were not done correctly NOT to mention the prescription wasn't even done correctly so couldn't see out of them. After the 3rd visit I requested a refund AND THEN THE FRONT DESK STAFF finally said they could GUARANTEE us the polarized or transitional lenses. Left the frames AND called to check on them and the assistant manager said they couldn't get done. So now I get a refund but frames without my original lenses. The worst place definitely don't recommend them. Oh and they've already taken payments from me but the product wasn't even done. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE.

We've always had great experiences so I was nervous to try a new place this year, but this place is top notch! Dr. Tran was so kind and patient with my eager worm to do all. the. things. Other doctors may have been annoyed or lost his cool - but not Dr. Tran. We talked about the now and the future of what corrective eye care looks like. He explains issues in a way you can understand. The front desk staff was also kind and helpful. When I called to make the appointment, they took our prior records for billing codes and had the referrals from our PCP ready to go when we got there! I didn't have to call our PCP or deal with the hassle. Thank you! I forgot the wonderful older lady's name, but she sat and helped us choose some Nano frames (which is overwhelming itself) even when my kid was loosing his patience for sizing and not understanding that we could not take our new frames home right then. She was so calm and reassuring in those moments. Sometimes as a parent, you just need the reassurance your kid is doing just fine. They have a great gaming area set up for kids to entertain themselves while you wait. I wish we needed to come here more than once a year.

    Do not come here!!!…read more For starters, The exam room where they check your eyes was uncomfortably hot, humid, and stuffy, which made the appointment less pleasant from the start. My mom ordered a pair of glasses on June 1 and was told they would be ready in 1-2 weeks. After more than two weeks passed with no update, she called on June 23 to ask when she could pick up her glasses. She was told they would be ready on June 24 and that she would receive a call or text when they were available. June 24 came and went, but no one ever contacted her. After another week passed with no communication, she called again on July 1 to ask about the status of her glasses and requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor explained that there had been an issue with the machine that cuts the lenses, which was the reason for the delay. This was the first time anyone had mentioned there was a problem, despite the office previously saying the glasses would be ready and that they would keep her updated. She was then told that the lenses had just been cut that day and that the glasses would be ready for pickup later on July 1 after she got off work. The lack of updates and conflicting information throughout the process was very frustrating. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. When she got home and was simply cleaning the glasses, one of the lenses popped out with almost no pressure. This should not have happened with a brand-new pair of glasses. She returned on July 6 to have them fixed, but the front desk employee never apologized for the inconvenience or showed any empathy. Instead, she simply took the glasses and offered my mom a different pair to wear temporarily, even though my mom just wanted the glasses she paid for to be fixed. She left empty-handed, and now we're still waiting after more than a month from when the glasses were originally ordered. The repeated delays, lack of communication, poor quality control, and disappointing customer service made this a very frustrating experience.

    Took my zero turn into Deens Kubota in Forney to have a surging issue corrected. I got a call about…read moreweek and a half later. My mower was taken to Deens in Frisco TX for the repair. $1513.00 later I get my mower back. The surge was fixed. I got my mower home unloaded it and was going to check it out better. I turned the pto on for the blades. I had no blades engagement. I thought great I have to drive 20 minutes to take it back to Deens. I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues. I struggled off the mower and laid on the ground and found the drive belt was not put back on the pto. I had to call a neighbor down the road to help me put the belt back on the pto. Very disappointed in that I got the mower back like this. Embarrassed because I had to call a neighbor to help me fix it with him knowing I just got the mower back from repairs. Sore from struggling to diagnose the problem. Deen's Kubota does offer Military discounts etc. I did call Bruce in Frisco TX Kubota and explained what happened. He said he was sorry about that and he would pass this along. Maybe a refund of some of my money or something for my time and trouble. Nothing was offered. I will rethink about buying Kubota again and definitely rethink taking it back to Kubota for repairs.
