Pick up time was scheduled to begin at noon and this place being in Forney I did not know what exactly what time I would arrive. Turns out traffic flowed smoothly from Dallas and so I arrived about 30 minutes early. No worries, I explored the town a little bit. When I got to the auction I was greeted by an entire team ready to assist me. My invoice was taken care of at the auctions end online so now I just needed to let them know I was there and they would bring me my purchases. I did just that and in less than 3 minutes a kind gentleman came bringing me my purchase. It was a delightful experience and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again as the item was exactly as presented in their online catalog description and pictures.

I don't remember ever seeing it run. I've had it for years and finally decided we should get it looked at. I had another mantel clock that needed service because a new battery did not make it run. Took them both to Promenade Clocks. The cost to repair/clean them was totally reasonable. And they were both ready for pickup in less than a week!
