I researched a few local print shops (and some bigger companies too) and decided on XPress because of other great reviews. I walked in clueless as this is my first (and my last!) time getting married, and Barb was so helpful in guiding me through the process. I left my thumb drive with her and she emailed me the very next day with price quotes. I replied with my picks, and two days later, the order was ready for pick up! I got them today and the invitations are BEAUTIFUL, I love the stock we decided on and I just couldn't be happier! She showed me my return info was incorrect, there isn't a Whole Foods within miles of me and on one I said I had a box and label and I didn't. I stayed there and reset my refund/return info. In the meantime the store had filled up. She took care of everyone, one at a time, in a timely manner yet no one was rushed. We then finished up my returns.
