The staff has never made me feel like a hassle or problem. This time around, in addition to dropping off my Amazon returns, I needed color copies made for a project that I've been working on. The young lady who helped me was such a darling and so patient with me as I communicated the exact configurations I needed for my copies. I believe each colored copy was around $0.70-0.80 depending on the paper size - totalling my 5 copies to be around $4. I was a bit apprehensive about getting copies made but this painless experience has made me excited for any future copies/paper needs I might have. I had such a great experience getting my passport photos taken. The young woman helping me was such…read morea treat. She asked if I wanted to look in a mirror before taking the photo, the set up was quick, and the first take was a winner! She took special care to make sure everything was perfect and I was out the door in no time with my brand new photos that will bless me on several Euro trips, I am sure. The store was clean and interesting with lots of cool items. The only downside was that she said I would get my digital passport copies in my email in an hour. I called at the end of the day, and they just said to wait. I called again a few days later and gave my information and he said even though he didn't take them, he would try to look. I got my photos taken last week on a Thursday and it is a week later (Wednesday), and I guess I have to accept I'm not getting the digital copies sent to me. My email on the receipt is correct, and I've checked my Junk folders and everything. I double checked my email at the place so I know it would have gotten to me if they would have actually sent them. So just look out that if you are planning to renew your passport online, hopefully you'll get your digital prints, but I did not. No worries though, I might just go up in the future and get another photo taken and try again. I would still recommend the place.
