Walked in on a Sunday for 60 min foot reflexology that included a 35-40min foot + 20min scalp, shoulder and back massage. The therapists were friendly and very strong. So worth it for an hour and extremely reasonably priced. I usually tip about $13-14 since the entire massage is only $30 and they work so hard. Clean, easy parking, and great quality massage. The foot massage was decent....Although, I wish they could stop using so much artificial fragrance in their environment. It seems to permeate the room, the towels, the pillows, etc...When I left this place I smelled nasty & had to wash my clothes to remove the scent of fake flowers or whatever it is. The salon is like a spa with water sounds and meditative music in the background. It is clean and comfortable. I had an hour foot massage that included the neck, shoulders, and hands before the feet and legs. My masseuse was well trained and used the right pressure to relax my muscles. She finished up with a back massage which was an unexpected treat. She applied a warm towel to remove the oil from my feet that was pleasant. I didn't want it to end! This is a new foot massage business located next to the FedEx store in the University District. It is clean and decently priced. The chairs are comfortable, although the music could have been slightly softer. I think that the masseuse that I had was new because all he did was put a lot of pressure on me without actually feeling and massaging, though he had great pressure. The masseuses are young and don't seem extremely experienced. I did like the fact that they didn't smell like smoke, like many other of the foot masseuses. He worked on my foot well, but overall it was only decently satisfying. I can't say that I will be back, but I might give it another go in the future when they are more established. read more

I called and booked an appointment at a specific time. When I showed up, I was told they screwed up booking and can't massage me as they took two other walk-ins instead and now short of staff. No apology, straight up can't-do-too bad attitude. Now I have to pay for babysitting that I don't need and wasted half hour driving back. I would recommend this place for people that have no commitment and don't care if they get cancelled last minute. Do not buy the gift card as now I'm stuck with them. read more

We yelped it and found this place opened until 11:30 p.m., so we quickly hopped on Uber. Upon arrival the sign in the door clearly says open until 11:30 p.m. However, upon arriving we requested for the usual hour massage and was informed they could only give 30 minutes massages and they will be closing soon. Mind you it was only 10:15 when we arrived. Uhh wouldn't you think you would change your operating hours on your door sign if not on Yelp. Goes to show a bunch of lazy workers that are operating the business. I wouldn't recommend this place at all!!! If I could give it a 0 star I would, at this rate this place would most likely close operations by allowing a bunch of lazy workers to run this place. Good luck in getting return clients. read more

I'm an out of towner and was looking for a great place to go. I had several options by our hotel but nothing seemed good with all of the reviews. So I found this place and it was a little out of the way but worth it. I had no idea what to expect never had a foot massage and thought it was just like the nail shop kinda massage. Well I was completely wrong they are so much more intense but in a good way. You definitely get a bang for your buck here! Didn't expect the neck or back massage either. After it was all over I was so refreshed from the over all experience. Very nice and relaxing place to come and get a hour of peace. The prices were inexpensive and the massage was good. I gave it three stars instead of four because there was a strange odor about the place (musty) and the massage therapist had garlic breath. However, I felt better coming out than when I went in and I felt I got what I paid for. Incredibly upset. This used to be my favorite place to get a low budget massage; however, today I went in with my boyfriend and Steven, one of the "masseuses" behind the counter told us that it would be only five minutes before we would both be seen together. Then, a girl walks in ten minutes after us and said that she didn't call in for an appointment. A girl who has just received a massage pays and then leaves. Michael, another "masseuse", then comes out and then talks to Steven and then suddenly they only have space for one of us (my boyfriend and me) to get a massage at the time--to accommodate the girl who walked in fifteen minutes after we had checked in. As someone who has frequented this place multiple times over the past two years, I know that this selective triaging was based soley on the fact that they didn't want to give a massage to a guy. Effectively, they would be taking the other girl who walked in and me, a long time customer but refuse service to my boyfriend. After, I expressed my frustration about this, I told them they would not be getting our business and left. I thought that this was an incredibly unprofessional act, potentially motivated by homophobia or his messed up version of Asian masculinity. Although, I am not too upset as I recognize they aren't licensed masseuses anyways, I was still bummed that they decided to conduct themselves in a way that was not true to their walk-ins welcome, first come first serve mentality.
