It was in a dangerous position so they came right away and got it done with their boom. In the process they noticed a few other branches and took care of them for nothing extra. Downsides could be details not conveyed to the crew or having to explain it again. On the plus side, they were available fairly quickly. Or is that a bad thing? I guess if you have an emergency and need tree work done right away and money is not a priority, give them a call. But if you have time, always get multiple quotes and check their insurance and licenses, don't just trust their word.

Had green side service my sprinklers for the past 2 years. This year I noticed after they had…read moreturned on my sprinklers that the back flow was dripping after they left. Called to have someone look at it and had to call twice just to get someone out. When they finally did come, they completely disassembled the back flow only to tell me it couldn't be fixed. Left with all the parts without even talking either me. I had to call and tell them to put it back together because apparently there is a rebuild kit that saves hundreds of dollars . But, ....... the worst part?? 3 separate plumbers while getting bids told me it was caused by improper winterizing and that the backflow should have been brought inside for. Then I go to buy the part and the supply company confirms all 3 plumbers statements. I called and left a message and the owner NEVER reached out to me, after I said I wasn't going to pay his 150.00 dollars service fee. What's joke. He owes me 2200 dollars for his lack of knowledge and incompetence. But that ok because I reported him to the BB and put in a claim with my American Express card used to pay the charge. What a loser. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed. Happily, I left the worry to Arbor Services and not only did they trim my tree, but also found the pesky insects nest and disposed of it, drilled 50 holes in my ground to add needed supplements, and even called the city to add some insight on how to cut the tree in the future since it's near some power lines. They did all of this and for that amount of work, I was thinking they would say a cost that would make even Scrooge's mouth water, but it ended up being fair and was a great value! Aaron at Arbor Services was by far the most knowledgeable person we spoke with. He let us know what we were dealing with, what the city needed to take care of and what he could do for us. He got us scheduled right away and our trees look great. He was easy to communicate with and very friendly. He even told us about his time working with the city and trimming the Sycamores along the side of our house. He really understand trees and how to best care for and maintain them. Aaron's price was very reasonable and much less than most of the other quotes we received. We are happy with the service he offered and he left our yard looking great. We look forward to using him for all our tree needs again in the future.
