The team is simply amazing. They care a lot about the kids and come up with new activities daily. The kids love it for classes and parties!

I hosted a team event at Level 99 + Victory Brewing Company for about 40 people that included food,…read moredrinks and games. The expereince at Level 99 was great. There are about 40 rooms of which each has different challenges and involve solving puzzles or executing a task in 1-4 minutes. Depending on how you and your team do you will be rewarded with stars or puzzle pieces for prizes. Everyone is given a wrist band that has a little badge that you use to tap when you enter a room to track your results. Many of the rooms require the participants to work as a team to achieve a goal. Some of the challenges are mental, physical, or require a high degree of coordination. This place is great for adults and I would say kids 8 and up. Teens would love it. I would not recommend this for younger kids. I have heard that this place has very long lines on the weekends. Since we went on Tuesday evening there was no wait for about 50% of the rooms we wanted to enter. And even in those cases we only had to wait no more than 2 minutes for the team inside to exit. It's a cool and fun concept and I would highly recommend it!

Expensive overall. Service was very attentive, they have a lot of staff and are prepared for big crowds. The gaming part is described well in other reviews. I'll foot stomp that it's not adults only, on a Friday night the place was overrun with teens which was unexpected, though everyone was well behaved. The gaming is not linear and it's hard to interact with a large group, you'll lose anyone who is not in your small group of six or so to the mass of games. The wait times for the game rooms were manageable and their tech works really well. Some games were more fun and better than others. The head to head dodgeball, light smacking games were the most fun. I'm not sure I would do another big event there but many of our group left super happy. I'd come back with a smaller group of friends, 4-6 and go through with them.

Now I have a 13 year old with a different attitude and eye rolling. Yet coming back here was worth it. You do have to park on neighborhood streets, but unless a nice weekend, it's relatively a cinch. This park is fenced in. Please still watch your kids though! There are a lot of toys for them to play with. I think people donate items here. There's also some playground equipment. It's not fancy but it's good for small children and families.

Reviewing as a pregnant mom with a 21 month old who visited around 10 am on a Thursday after school…read morewas back in session for the area/ Parking: perfect! Right on the street next to the park, I had no problems finding multiple parking spots which was great! Bathrooms: right on the side, nothing fancy. Single bathrooms, spacious to bring your stroller in. Park: park itself looked underwhelming but once I started strolling through, I noticed how many play areas there were. There were at least 4 different swing areas (bucket and regular swings), there was a sandbox with toys (no slide anymore), two park playgrounds (one for toddlers one for big kids) and plenty of benches for parents, along with a sort of merry go round that my son loved pushing Crowd: great diversity and different ages there. When I went there were a lot of nanny groups and kids all playing together. My son is a little younger than the crowd and isn't used to playing with others but he enjoyed watching nearby. Seating: like I said, tons of benches set up at each little attraction, a good amount of picnic tables where the older kids were having lunch outside which I loved! Overall my son stayed for 1.5 hours and would've stayed longer if we weren't needing to leave for nap time. Great time! Wish I had taken more pictures but I'll update with overall area pictures when we go back next which I know will be in the next couple days!

We went there during a recent heat wave, and it was such a relief to have a place to play with air conditioning (and that wasn't tearing up our own home). There are activities for kids of various ages, including a baby-centric exploration area and a huge maze that's good for elementary aged kids. There are lots of big soft blocks to stack, ball pits, and cute themed play areas. But it's definitely for younger kids. Tweens and up probably wouldn't be interested. The cons: Supervision is minimal and some kids get very rowdy. Rules seem to be enforced in a haphazard way. I've seen kids standing on the windowsills and banging on the glass, stacking toys to dive onto the ground, and piling four at a time onto the slides. You should keep an eye on the toddler crowd to make sure that older kids aren't shoving them. Lots of parents grab a drink or food to relax while their kids run wild. If that's your vibe, this place is a good fit. But it's also good for parents who want to be a bit more hands on--you can let your child explore while keeping them in close sight for much of the space. Also remember to wear socks!

I took my two kids ( under 6 yrs) on a Sunday mid-day and it was very busy. It's been very cold…read moreoutside and I think many parents needed their kids out and about doing something. It was definitely over-crowded and quite hard to find a table to sit down. We eventually found one right at the back of the store. The kids had the best time but scramble employees were no where to be found! There was no one monitoring kids. My kid got hurt a few times by slightly older kids and it was quite chaotic. The staff were not cleaning at all. You have to remove your shoes before entering the play area but the toilets are located inside the play designated area which means you have to go into the bathroom with socks on which is very gross. They should allow shoes in the bathroom area. Also the soap dispensers were empty and the lady that cleans the bathroom just hung out in the bathroom not really cleaning or filling the soap. The cafe - there are food options for kids and adults. We did try the kids pizza and French fries. The pizza was fine( cheese) but the fries were not good. It tasted like they fried it in very old oil. They do have coffee but I did not try it as the didn't have an option for skim milk. They do not allow outside food or drink but no one seems to really monitor that. Security - ok so this is non-existent. There is a door that divides outside area with inside play area but kids can easily open the door and leave the premises. The lady that stands by the door doesn't monitor kids matches with their guardians. She just opens and closes the door and often she is not there at all. They do not give wristbands at all or any form of security feature. So watch your kids closely while you are there as once they go into that massive play area it's difficult to locate them. The kids seemed to enjoy it as they don't worry about germs , dirt or food. I mean it's fine for an hour or so but honestly it was the last resort when deciding on a place to take the kids too. They also charge the adults an entry fee!!! ‍ I mean it's not like we are playing in the kids areas . I think we paid $55 for entry (2 kids and 2 adults). Would I go back? Not by choice but if the kids asked then I would consider it for an hour or two. ( definitely not on a weekend though).

It was close to $100 for a unicorn mug for my kid, the smallest bunny I could find to paint, and two servings of custard. If you have multiple kids, just get the custard. NOTE: REVIEW IS FOR THEIR FROZEN CUSTARD ONLY!!!…read more We were a bit surprised to see a homemade frozen custard shop INSIDE a paint-your-own-pottery place lol. So we approached the front entrance with trepidation, not knowing what to expect when we stepped inside. But sure enough, just inside the front entrance was the custard counter. We arrived on a late Friday afternoon, walking over from The Sandwich Shop a few blocks down Church (same side of the street and walking right past Rita's (!!)) after having a late sammie lunch (also our first time at The Sandwich Shop - read my review). We had spotted Kiln & Custard as we drove past it to get to the sandwich place and made a mental note to save room to try their custard as a cap-off to lunch. What a great location! Walkable anywhere from old town Vienna and the downtown area (nothing is really that far), tucked away one block off busy Maple Ave, surprisingly lots of great FREE street parking (on Church) but also right there in their small shopping center parking lot so it's truly not a pain-in-the-butt to head over and not have to stress about where to park. The guy serving the custard was also tending to customers doing pottery painting (not many when we arrived) - dunno how service is if you just come in for the custard and the place is packed (we saw that pottery customers had to ask the guy each time they wanted more paint which he portioned out for them...vs customers self-serving their own paint and colors in other paint-your-own places we've been to - with a single worker, I can imagine that could be a bottleneck problem if the pottery side is busy AND there's a line of custard customers waiting to be served). The frozen custard is DEEEEELICIOUS. You can definitely see as it's being scooped AND TASTE that it's housemade. SOOOOO GOOOD. Very creamy, soft, pliable, rich custard flavor and not too sweet. They offer 12 flavors - see my pics of the 2 display cases of custards. PRICES IMO ARE VERY REASONABLE. $2.85 for a kid's size, GENEROUS HEAVY HANDED PORTIONS (and who doesn't love THAT in this economy?!). I had the Vanilla Oreo and my friend had the Nutella - a perfect after-lunch dessert treat. TREMENDOUS! For the price, generous portion sizes, quality of the custard combined with its easily accessible location in Vienna and no hassle parking options, this could for sure be a destination frozen-treat shop when I'm in the Vienna area (which is fairly regularly). That good! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this little hole-in-the-wall mom-and-pop shop!!!
