My daughter has attended a birthday party, a day camp, and spring break at Incourage. Every single time she had a great time and I've been so impressed with how friendly and organized the staff has been. During the birthday parties all attendees have a chance to break a board. Huge highlight for the majority of the children. They also have different themes for the various camps which makes it more unique and interesting for students and instructors. They have great communication prior to the event and share pics during the day for the camps. During drop-off and pick-up they greet the children with bows. The instructors clearly love working there. They know how to balance having fun with teaching new skills and/or providing instructions. Plus, it's very impressive how quickly they learn the students' names. I love watching the children learn the value of respect and discipline. We've already signed up for some weeks of their summer camp too! Lastly, they are a great community member, giving back to the local schools, hosting parents' night out, and always offering deals and promotions. read more

Starting off to say my daughter is not interested in martial arts ... AT ALL ... so when she was invited to a birthday party here I was already thinking that she would be spending a lot of time on the sidelines. Imagine my surprise when she joined in the activities easily and even saw a smile crack on her face! The instructors were so engaging and fun and I felt like they really did a great job encouraging and teaching the kids in a respectful manner. They truly run a tight ship here and I was impressed with the way they were able to easily flow from one activity to another while keeping up with a rambunctious group of second graders. They have a nice seating area for parents to watch, as well toys, coloring sheets, and crayons for siblings. I have walked by several times when they are doing their morning/after school camps and have always noticed how each kid seems truly excited to be there. Summer Camps are well-organized, engaging and fun. The instructors and staff were able to quickly form relationships with my kids and they've been looking forward to the activities planned for each day. The various field trips have also been a pleasant surprise. The MyStudio platform is also super convenient for booking classes and managing accounts -- highly preferable to calling in or handling in-person. My two kids (age 5 and 7) have been here a couple of times for birthday parties. It's a pretty efficient operation. There are two instructors, both were very enthusiastic and good at getting the kids engaged with the activities. The parties usually start with dodge ball (with a large yoga ball and then with small bouncy balls). For one round, the kids will break up into teams against each other. For the second round,. the parents involved for a game of kids vs adults. The kids get a little bit of exposure to martial arts too by lining up and taking turns punching the standing punching bag. At some point, they all head to the back room for pizza and snacks. There's only two bathrooms in the place. If your little one doesn't remember to go until the last minute, a few reminders here and there can't hurt so they don't get stuck in a long line. They usually wrap up with each getting a turn at breaking wood boards with their fist. This was my kids' favorite part because they get to keep the broken boards after. It's also nice because the whole group chants each kid's name, and everyone gets pretty excited. Overall, the event is about 2 hours. It flies by but the kids get to burn a good amount of energy and seem to really enjoy it. read more

The instructors are amazing with kids, and the taekwondo classes provide kids with opportunities for great physical activities and learning how to be a good human including discipline and respect. My 5 year old son has been coming here for a few months now and I can't say enough amazing things about this place! Instructor KC and Master Lee are the most engaging (and funny!!) instructors you could ever ask for. Kids are laughing and having a blast while learning discipline and respect for others. I'M actually laughing and smiling every time I go in to watch the class. Incourage has an extremely well-structured belt system where the kids get higher ranking belt after attending a certain number of classes. At every belt ceremony, your kid also practices public speaking by memorizing and speaking in front of everyone with such positive message. They also give out "tips" to put on the belts as rewards for doing well in different areas which totally motivate the kids. They also have after school programs with pickups from elementary schools nearby and summer camps. I'd absolutely recommend this wonderful place!! read more

We have been going to Incourage for Tae Kwon Do for the past 2 years. My daughter has loved her experience here. She has an expressive language delay, and outside of her specialized school she has few places where she feels totally included. This is one of them. The instructors are effective, patient, friendly and very accommodating. The children who are here of all age groups just love learning Tae Kwon Do as a result. We were invited to a 5 year old birthday party and have since really enjoyed and love this place. The birthday party was unique and very fun for both my kids (7 year daughter and 4 year old son). They are taking tae kwon do and are excited to come to class regularly. They ask to go everyday. The facility is clean, organized, and new. There is ample amount of space for parents to sit and watch the kids. Also a waiting area with tables to work while the kids are in class.
