I called and they offered a 3:30 appointment but it was 1:30 and I really needed to take her then while she was with me. They advised me to bring her right in. The lady at the front desk took them back and after a thorough cleaning and a reminder lesson on how to properly place in her ear canals my friend could hear again. The doctor here was delightful and treated her with the utmost respect. I just wanted to thank you guys for making it simple for my friend. Pat had Alan look into my right ear with a camera and Alan showed me on a monitor a clearly perforated eardrum. I cannot thank Pat and Alan enough because the medical professionals that just looked into my ears with that useless tool in their office had told me my ears looked good while ignoring my symptoms. I am scheduled to see an ENT in a couple of months and my problem will likely require surgery. At some point in the future I will go see Pat again to determine if correction is warranted. For now I am grateful Pat was professional and didn't try to sell me hearing aids when she thought my ear had an underlying problem. I strongly recommend this place because of their professionalism.
