Pat had Alan look into my right ear with a camera and Alan showed me on a monitor a clearly perforated eardrum. I cannot thank Pat and Alan enough because the medical professionals that just looked into my ears with that useless tool in their office had told me my ears looked good while ignoring my symptoms. I am scheduled to see an ENT in a couple of months and my problem will likely require surgery. At some point in the future I will go see Pat again to determine if correction is warranted. For now I am grateful Pat was professional and didn't try to sell me hearing aids when she thought my ear had an underlying problem. I strongly recommend this place because of their professionalism.

My Physician referred me to have an evaluation. This office called me and set up an appointment. I…read morewanted to wait for the CT scan that I also was referred to from my M.D. I was reading and I walked in. There was no one else in there, I walked up to the counter and told the girl I had an appointment gave her my name. Just kind of strange to have a new patient without much in the way of greetings or social interaction. The wait in the first waiting room was about 10 min. After filling out paper work and doing the insurance stuff, the office girl asked for the copay and then took me to the second waiting room. There was 1 other person in the second room. After about 10 minutes, 2 more people showed up. After 15 minutes, the second waiting room was completely full. Still no sign of neurologist or Physician Assistant. Took about 30 minutes to get called in. I was seen initially by the physician assistant. He was polite and friendly. He asked good pointed questions He did the full neurological test check for loss of sensation and stuff like that. After the initial evaluation, the physician is called in neurologist. Went over a few items and then referred me to have an MRI. Quick and efficient, but no bedside manner, other than the physician assistant. They have followed other medical offices and make appointments only available Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Prescriptions were filled and suggestions made for next visit. They offer a variety of services other than just general practice. No pressure to purchase their products or services.

I have read the reviews on yelp and Google, and have come to the conclusion that one either really…read morelikes this practice or doesn't. My first appt. was to establish care and for asthma meds. The care provider (CP) I saw was attentive and listened to my needs. I explained that I didn't care for a certain type of inhaler and CP agreed. 5 mins. later CP prescribed this type of inhaler. I made a follow-up appt for a yearly exam and CP said we would go over lab results (was given a referral for this), at this time. On the day of my exam, we did not go over labs. On the clinical after notes CP stated we discussed certain health related items, which we did not. At this appt. CP said they would call with results. My results have been posted to my portal for over a week. I have emailed a few times asking for the results and have not received any return calls/messages/emails. I've sent my results to my Naturopathic Dr. for review. I am waiting for a few more tests results but have already decided I will not be returning to this practice.
