Somehow, the appointment was changed to another date after my confirmation -- with no call, no explanation, and no notice. Impressive system. I drove nearly two hours in snowy weather and arrived on time, only to be told my appointment no longer existed that day. When I calmly showed proof and tried to explain, the staff's response was eye-rolling, visible impatience, and zero effort to help resolve an error that was not mine. I was left feeling dismissed, unwelcome, and frankly uncomfortable. I can't say why I was treated that way, but it's hard not to wonder whether appearance or background played a role when basic courtesy and professionalism disappear so quickly. When I asked for their names to document the incident, they refused and told me to leave. If accountability, communication, and respectful treatment matter to you, I'd suggest confirming things multiple times -- and maybe still prepare for surprises.

They are definitely a family-feeling dentist office: they are on a lake, in what clearly used to be a house, and you have to come in for 2 appointments before they do any real work or cleaning so they can get to know your mouth, teeth, history, etc. Some people have noted not enjoying this aspect, but personally it makes me feel cared for and like they are taking the time to really understand what I need.

I went in to get a quote and some antibiotics for the infection and explained that I haven't been able to afford to have them removed. After I left, I received a text saying that they were going to remove them at no cost! I have never received such generosity in my life. I worry about my teeth constantly, fearing infection that brought unbearable pain, and I was embarrassed about the decay(constantly worrying if my breath was bad). I went today to have them extracted and they did it in a very fast very professional manner. Easiest extractions I have ever received. They may have actually saved my life. I can't even put into words what this means to me! I highly recommend 24/7 dental!!!

I started with them when the practice was known as Smith-Brauer, and when Dr Brauer took over the practice and I got to know him I was really happy to continue coming. What's so epic? They have great reminders, for starters, and are very flexible in scheduling. When you walk into their office for the first time, a very clean and modern waiting area await you past a foyer with waterfall. You're immediately calmed and the place just feels incredibly clean. The rooms are all private and spacious with televisions and windows that let in natural light...No dungeon feel here folks. Over ten years, I've been lucky to meet several of the dental hygienists and staff and there really aren't any bad apples. You feel almost like family here. I never felt rushed through but instead always felt like they were incredibly thorough. When I came to the practice I had many older amalgam fillings, and over a couple years we replaced them all with color matched fillings and crowns which look great and improved my confidence and smile. A friend mentioned the other day that they go to a dentist office where the dentist is different each visit. I can't imagine doing that when I've been so happy getting to know the staff and Doctor Brauer. Easy assess off 465 means you can get here from around the city. Check them out, especially those of you who are nervous when you visit the dentist! You'll be in good hands.

The front office staff are extremely polite, the dental hygienists are friendly and know when not to ask you questions as their hands are in your mouth, and Dr. Brauer is very cordial and thorough. I am that person who is pretty terrifed of the dentist due to previous bad experiences elsewhere. I'm going to tell you all my personal info and say that I've had a cavity filled and a crown placed and both procedures went without a hitch - you gotta love a dentist who actually respects the fact that people can be scared of them. He said he knows the perfect dentist who is his personal dentist, Dr Ward! He shared how wonderful Dr. Ward is! I called his office asking for a new patient appointment and I couldn't believe how soon I was scheduled an appointment! I had 2 known issues to be addressed and Dr. Ward found one more important issue. His practice is all inclusive with everything needed for routine dentistry and orthodontia, including a lab where he made me a new crown!! Yep, you read that correctly! The most amazing thing for me was that he provided so many interventions in 2 visits where my previous dentist would have provided all the same things in 4-5 visits, if not more! I also do not have all the words I need to express my gratitude for every person I had any type of contact with! Everyone was so personable and treated me with great respect!
