He was flexible with scheduling and came directly to my office in Newport Beach, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. Brent is extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything was done correctly while taking the time to explain each step. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Wet Ink Notary Inc and Brent Hernandez for anyone needing a mobile notary, loan signing, or document notarization in Newport Beach, Orange County, or surrounding areas. Obviously, I could have taken time out of my day to drive to a place to have it notarized and then drive all the way to downtown LA and all the way back. I did that once, and I'll never do that again. Next time I need to do this, I'm just going to give Brent a call right away. Get it done.

My court hearing was only 20 days away, and I still needed her served immediately. She lived in a secured condo complex with gate access and worked at a separate location -- not an easy person to reach. I was personally referred to Haroon Firas (of Lowest Rates Mobile Notary), and from the moment we spoke, I knew he was the real deal. His communication was excellent, he understood the urgency, and he took action the same day. I gave him her photo, work address, and home address. Within hours, Haroon had already worked out a strategy. He managed to get into her secured building disguised as a construction worker, got a neighbor to buzz him in, and served her in person that same afternoon. This wasn't luck -- it was skill, professionalism, and determination. On top of that, he filed the proof of service right away, which meant I could submit it to the court without delay. I hired him on August 6th. She was served on August 6th. That's the kind of efficiency you dream of when dealing with court deadlines. Thanks to Haroon, I'm walking into my hearing on the 25th with confidence, knowing the paperwork was done perfectly and on time. I've worked with plenty of service providers over the years, but Haroon is in a league of his own. He's professional, resourceful, fast, and fearless. I'll never use another process server again, and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs the job done right -- and done now. Haroon, you didn't just serve papers -- you saved my case. Thank you!

I was delighted when less than 24 hours later, Mahmoud sent a photo of the defendant looking confused with my lawsuit in his hand. This has been such a stressful experience overall, that having one aspect of it actually bring a smile to my face was such a relief. Wherever you're located in the 909 (I'm in Redlands and the defendant was in Yucaipa), you will be pleased with this Inland Empire Process Server--look no further!

I talked to several process servers and explained all our struggles and difficulties. I asked each of them how they would handle the situation if our defendant proved impossible to serve after trying. Chris's answer to that question was a confident laugh and, "I will have him served." That's why I went with him, and I am very happy I trusted my gut. Chris was able to take the limited clues and information we provided, track him down, and complete substituted service when personal service was not realistically possible. What impressed us most was not just that Chris got the defendant served, but what happened afterward. Close to the hearing, the defendant filed a Motion to Quash Service and also sent us a separate packet challenging the service that had not even been properly filed with the court. It was stressful and confusing, but Chris immediately stepped in, provided detailed records, explained the applicable small claims service rules, and helped us understand exactly how to respond. Chris was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He did not just serve the papers and disappear -- he stood behind his work and helped us deal with the defendant's attempt to challenge service. The judge ultimately denied the defendant's Motion to Quash and found the service to be valid and sufficient. Serving the defendant was the biggest hurdle in our case, and I am so happy Chris helped us get over it. Now that we've won the judgment, Chris is even guiding us on how to claim the service fee, as it's allowed to be recovered by law. We truly appreciate Chris' professionalism, fast response time, attention to detail, and endless patience in explaining the process when we were panicking. If you are dealing with an evasive defendant, a difficult service issue, or someone trying to avoid being served, I highly recommend Chris and SkipNServe.

When service was challenged, he stood with us through multiple motions and rebuttals, helping us stay organized, focused, and prepared at every stage. What impressed us most was that Chris went far beyond what anyone would normally expect from a process server. He proactively obtained USPS address verification without being asked, and he helped us form and sharpen our filings so our arguments were clearer and stronger. He was thoughtful, responsive, and generous with his time, and he always approached the situation with professionalism and a real understanding of the legal issues involved. His guidance helped us present our position clearly and confidently in the hearings, and his support made a stressful process much more manageable. Chris was not just reliable -- he was truly exceptional. We cannot recommend him highly enough, whether you are plaintiffs in pro per like us or professionals in law. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, proactive, meticulous, and genuinely committed to doing excellent work, Chris is exactly the person you want on your side.

On the morning of the hearing, I contacted the company to obtain the status of service and any service attempt information. Because the court required detailed information regarding service attempts, a court clerk also contacted the company seeking the dates and times of any attempts. At that time, the requested information was not provided. My hearing proceeded without the service information, and the matter was concluded shortly thereafter due to the lack of completed service. Several hours later, at approximately 12:27 PM on March 9, 2026, after the hearing had already ended, the company sent a report containing alleged service attempts from March 5 through March 8. My concern is not simply whether service attempts were made. My concern is that the information was not made available before the hearing, when it was actually needed. As a result, the service had no practical value to me at the time of the court proceeding. After I disputed the charge with my credit card issuer, the company continued to send invoices and informed me that finance charges would accumulate and that the account may eventually be sent to collections.

I am filing a complaint with the LA Superior Court about this matter. This was a scam committed by them and possibly the purported independent court reporter. In the meantime, I want to warn others about what happened to me. I had an 8:30 a.m. appearance in Santa Monica this month. The afternoon before the hearing, I learned that the other side was bringing witnesses to testify at the hearing. Accordingly, we needed a court reporter to take down that testimony. Our office called CalDepo. Eddy explained that it was last minute but he'd give it a try. Santa Monica does not allow remote court reporters. The morning of the hearing, no court reporter showed up for my case which was no. 11 on the calendar. There were 2 court reporters in the courtroom for other cases; they both denied being there for my case and/or for CalDepo. I asked the first court reporter if she could cover my hearing and she said I'd have to contact her service company. The hearing was about to start so I asked the second court reporter in the court room and she said sure, she'd do it, and that she was an independent court reporter. She gave me her homemade business card reflecting that she was there as an independent court reporter. I asked if she wanted me to pay then but she said she had my contact info. from the pleading that I gave her and would bill me. She was there for case no. 16 on the calendar. So she was just sitting in the courtroom waiting for hers to start. After hiring her, I received an email from Eddy that he was unable to find a court reporter for my case but maybe I could stall so he could keep trying. We immediately told him that we had hired another court reporter that was in the courtroom. The independent court reporter transcribed my hearing but did not prepare a transcript. The hearing was approximately 15 minutes long as not witnesses were allowed to testify. On the way home from the hearing, Eddy sort of apologized for not having a court reporter there and noted that it was a "tall order" to find a court reporter on such notice. Completely understood. One week later, I received a bill from CalDepo for $3,000 and no transcript!! I thought that there must have been an error. I explained that I had hired an independent not someone from CalDepo. What saddens me the most about this matter is the dishonesty and nastiness from CalDepo in insisting that they had sent the independent court reporter and that she was "theirs." I can take mistakes, misunderstandings, etc. But I cannot tolerate dishonesty. I predict they'll write a response to this review claiming they sent the independent contractor to the courthouse for my case. I can tell you unequivocally that they did not and that any such response is further confirmation of their dishonest practice. I have no idea how they layered themselves in. Frightening.
