I brought my watch in for a simple band repair and was told it would be fixed within a day. When I returned, I was told it would be ready the next day by closing. I came back again and was then told the owner had an emergency and wasn't available. When I questioned why no one had contacted me to communicate the delay, the "owner" suddenly appeared from the back room--despite being told moments earlier that he was across town. After that, I was informed that the band was suddenly "unfixable." The communication was poor and the experience felt disorganized and misleading. Do not go here. They told us the send watches out to someone else for repair. I called several times to see what was happening with the watch. Finally two months later they called and said it would be a hundred dollars to fix. I told them not to fix it, and I would come in and pick it up. when I went to pick it up it had been repaired so I had to pay the hundred dollars to get it back. Then got the ring back asked about the extra part of the ring because we were dropping sizes got charged $30 dollars for the part of our ring. This place is absolutely terrible, to be clear,they are not watchmakers and unless you have a relatively ​​ inexpensive watch , they send it out to a third party . I recently brought a watch in for repair and was promised a turnaround time of approximately 6 days . That time period came and went with no communication and when I finally call them they told me they hadn't received the part yet but it should be in the next day or two and they would call me when it's ready . That time also came and went with no call and when I call them again they informed me that they are not able to fix my watch and when I questioned why they became hostile and hung up on me . These people are not to be trusted with anything valuable . The owner actually called me an asshole when I came to retrieve my watch​, when I questioned his credentials.
