Four months to get my Rolex returned from cleaning with multiple issues wrong. I had no pick up receipt so I remained quiet and waited. When I did a charge back on my credit card it brought action when the dealer belittled me like I had done something wrong. I had my watch within ten days like I was initially promised. The watch loses 10 minutes a day after being in their hands. Gears might have been taken... After ample waiting time, the dealer then put the wrong crystal on my watch. He saw it through pictures and realized their "watch man" (Outsourced) had made the ridiculous mistake. It was a $600 repair that was 100% wrong. In previous post the dealer keeps stating that he has another watch man and would fix it free of charge. I was also told they serviced Rolex's in house. I would take my watch back for proper repair but the bottom line is I don't trust this store at all. I guess I'll remain angry about this issue for a long time to come. My Jewelers used FAKE GOLD on my item and OVERCHARGED ME for the service. If I could give this business a negative rating, I would do so. My Jewelers put a 10K yellow gold bail onto a pendant I brought into their store. The bail later started tarnishing, so I had it tested. I learned that the bail was gold plated and NOT real gold at all. I went to a different jeweler in the area to have this fake bail removed and a real, 10K gold bail put on. This jeweler charged only a third of what My Jewelers did for the same service - installing a bail and soldering it closed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JEWELER!!! I brought my watch in for a simple band repair and was told it would be fixed within a day. When I returned, I was told it would be ready the next day by closing. I came back again and was then told the owner had an emergency and wasn't available. When I questioned why no one had contacted me to communicate the delay, the "owner" suddenly appeared from the back room--despite being told moments earlier that he was across town. Called this place for a ring sizing got quoted $60-100 for the price got in there charged me $160. Then got the ring back asked about the extra part of the ring because we were dropping sizes got charged $30 dollars for the part of our ring. Was told that is how the keep there prices lower then anyone else. I had gotten quoted $100 somewhere else and would not be charged for the extra part of the ring. They told us the send watches out to someone else for repair. I called several times to see what was happening with the watch. Finally two months later they called and said it would be a hundred dollars to fix. I told them not to fix it, and I would come in and pick it up. when I went to pick it up it had been repaired so I had to pay the hundred dollars to get it back. I recently brought a watch in for repair and was promised a turnaround time of approximately 6 days . That time period came and went with no communication and when I finally call them they told me they hadn't received the part yet but it should be in the next day or two and they would call me when it's ready . That time also came and went with no call and when I call them again they informed me that they are not able to fix my watch and when I questioned why they became hostile and hung up on me . These people are not to be trusted with anything valuable . The owner actually called me an asshole when I came to retrieve my watch​, when I questioned his credentials.
