I was in a huge panic to think that a stranger had access to my personal information, but Jackie was very kind and reassuring and made me feel better about the ordeal. For the sticklers out there, he was within 7 minutes of his estimated time, so don't get too bent out of shape if you are waiting a bit. Someone out there could have a bigger emergency than you.
