Since I come on a recurring basis, I reuse their old key rings and ask them not to give me new ones. It's one less thing for me to throw away, and it helps save them money and keep them in business. Do not be deceived by lower price tag because no support if something goes wrong. Ben and Steve are unprofessional. I ordered a complete 2nd key for my car and they gave me a fob without cutting the master key insert. When the fob they sold me failed a month later, I had no master key to get my car moving and had to pay for a tow costing me even more $$ for the incomplete key they sold me. Definitely do not pay cash/Zelle so you have recourse when your key fails as their deliverables are incomplete and contain faulty programming.

As you can imagine it was an emotional time. Upon trying to enter, we found the lock on the back door wasn't working and we weren't able to enter. Fearing that because we weren't the owners, a locksmith would not help us, we contacted the realtor who was able to provide your company with the necessary documentation. Your technician, Edgar, was dispatched and arrived quickly. He was able to diagnose the problem, repair the lock and open the door. I'm sure that to you, that is his job description but to us, he was a life saver. We had driven 2 1/2 hours to get there. The purpose of this long email is to commend Edgar for his expertise and kindness. He worked quickly all the while explaining the problem. Once he had repaired the lock, he spent the time to go over the fine points of the locking mechanism. Above and beyond repairing the lock, Edgar's kindness and positive attitude made this difficult day so much better. Thank you.

I finally got around to calling Lockology, after missing my fob for a couple of months, today to…read moreget a new fob programmed for my Honda CRV 2019. They came within a couple of hours after my call same day, which I really appreciated. Ori called me to let me know he was on his way and his approximate ETA. He got here much quicker than the stated time. It is a brutally hot day today, so I applaud him for his very pleasant demeanor during the entire service call. The heat was so bad that it was making me quite irritated even standing outside talking to him! Rather than just program the fob, Ori was super thorough and insisted on educating me on a couple of things. Weirdly, having this car since 2019, it surprised me that he told me 3 or 4 things I didn't even know about my own car!! Remote start, door lock tricks, other remote information...all things that were very helpful for me to know. He even used his tools to inform me that there were other fobs still showing as active and asked whether or not he should kill them or leave them be in case I find one of them. We opted to have him delete them. The chances of me finding them was very small. Clearly, that ship had sailed a long time ago or I would have found one by now, lol. He offered to cut the internal fob key for another $20, which I would not have remembered to ask for and did so. Apparently, my fob exacted it's revenge on Ori, by shooting a metal shaving into his eyeball while cutting the key!!! Luckily, no harm came to his eye! What a relief. This is a great business and great employees. We have used them before for multiple cars/trucks. Always prompt, professional, and expedient. We highly recommend Lockology and Ori!
