For the negatives, the food court is pretty sad, it only has a coffee shop, a pizza restaurant, and chicken restaurant, and a small Indian restaurant. We got food from the chicken restaurant and it was disappointing. Also, it was a hot day and there's not too much shade besides going into the stores or the food court. Overall, I like the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets more in terms of their layout and larger store selection, but would recommend going here if you plan on making large purchases to save on the tax.

I knew what I was looking for and ended up going back over to the clearance section because the shoe I wanted had sold out and I did not want to order anything. I ended up walking back over to Kaitlyn because she knew what I was looking for. Kaitlyn was so incredibly kind and patient that I did not feel rushed or pressured. No service at the Registry and Pickup line, until all of the Returns line is serviced - another 10 minutes. Then they say, "There's only one line." Apparently no one's bothered to fix the signs over the two counters. This was my second time attempting to pick up the same order. I cannot for the life of me get a successful pickup order from Target. Is it a defective online account? Is it this store? Not sure. Multiple emails saying my purchase is ready for pickup, and the store can't locate it. I gave them my drivers license, to ensure they spelled my name right, still nothing. And, for some reason, they think I'm going to come back a third time and bring in my laptop for them to scan a barcode for the order. They've some underlying long unresolved bad assumption or glitch in their ordering system.

Parking was plentiful since it was cold and only a few hours before closing. We used the directory to find the store. We walked in and I loved the decor. Their company tagline is displayed in a large font behind the counter - Every day should feel this good! Great motto! I wandered the store falling in love with everything. Plaid shirts as far as the eye can see. Chinos in every color. So many bow ties I could never choose a favorite. Belts in classic colors and whimsy designs. Then I looked at the pricing. Outlet prices? Nope. Barely discounted. I'd say a normal retail store having an average sale. Nothing special. There were a few deals to be found but they were few and far between. Buy one polo and get one 50% off is not an outlet deal. That's retail sale pricing. My belt ( pink with gondolas and skis) was originally $58 and marked down to $40. Is it a discounted price? For sure. Is it an outlet sized discount, no. The quality is top notch so perhaps you are trading a bit of a discount there but many other stores in the "outlet" mall maintain their well respected brand names and outlet pricing. I was excited for my first in person Vineyard Vines experience (thanks for the fun MA and NH whale stickers) but I definitely am not overwhelmed at the "outlet" experience.
