Coming from Boston, I think this Premium outlet is great since it's tax free all year long. We got found really good deals at Coach, MK, Bloomingdale's, and Coach. They also have other popular stores including Saks Fifth Avenue, Nike, and Boss. The outlets are the place to go for the best deals. For the negatives, the food court is pretty sad, it only has a coffee shop, a pizza restaurant, and chicken restaurant, and a small Indian restaurant. We got food from the chicken restaurant and it was disappointing. Also, it was a hot day and there's not too much shade besides going into the stores or the food court. Overall, I like the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets more in terms of their layout and larger store selection, but would recommend going here if you plan on making large purchases to save on the tax. read more

This was a great outlet shopping experience! It was very quiet on a weekday afternoon, and it was a great experience strolling through the various shops. There is a large selection of big names here including Nike, Calvin Klein,and Le Creuset to name a few. We found some great bargains at Nike and also found some great kitchen items at Le Creuset. There is a Lindt store here too for all your chocolate needs! We definitely paid that a visit also. I was also surprised at how friendly and knowledgeable all the staff were at the various stores. The staff at Le Creuset really seemed to understand their products very well. We did not eat here, but there is a small food court. Restrooms were quite clean and well-kept. Always love doing some shopping up at the Merrimack outlets as it never feels too busy and the layout is great to get some steps in! The selection of stores is great too as they have a lot of good stores for discounted prices. Also since it's in NH there is no tax which is great if you're able to come from MA. If you go around 10 or 11 AM it's usually not busy and you can get into the stores without feeling crowded which is nice! They also have a lot of accessible bathrooms in multiple locations. read more

All the charm of a mall minus the climate control. I'm sure the idea was to create a nice, open-air environment for shoppers. Of course, this is New England, where it's cold as Mars more than half the year. There's a lot to cover here. First, I was pretty sure it was Exit 10. Good thing, because southbound on the Everett Turnpike, there was NO sign confirming this. I was in the slow lane when the large MERRIMACK PREMIUM OUTLETS sign became visible (adjacent to the off-ramp, which I was not on). Getting in requires a leap of faith. I arrived and found the name of the outlet I wanted on the outside of the building, but no doors. No doors for any of the businesses. Also, no signs suggesting where one might find doors. I saw people walking toward the center of this bizarre, entry-less strip mall and followed them. I turn left and walked toward where I had seen the sign for the outlet I was looking for. It was not there. I found the directory, and learned that there's a second strip on the back side of this facility. The outlet I wanted, Samsonite, was on the inside of the back track (NOT where the sign was located on the outer buildings). After making my purchase, I turned away from the direction I had entered, figuring it would be a shorter distance. It may have been, but it still seemed to take a day-and-a-half to walk to where there was a break in the buildings that would allow me to get on the front track, then exit. Really a piss-poor layout, with no noticeable signage. I'm sure if you're a shopping nut, this is quaint and delightful. If you're a curmudgeon who just want to buy a piece of luggage and go home, just order it online. Once I finished the trek back to my car, it became an exercise in finding my way out of the parking lot. Seemed to be setup as a big one-way circle like the airport, but it's not. There's one way in, and you reverse direction out, but that's not intuitive. At the furthest end of this parking lot was a sign giving directions, one of which was "Exit". I followed that sign, which delivered me to the back edge of the facility, and a road marked "Service Vehicles Only". I drove along the front of the facility, the entire length, before finally seeing another "Exit" sign (pointing in a completely different, but this time correct, direction). I'm not sure who the nitwit was who designed this industrial escape room, but there is a special room in hell for them. In a pinch, I'll go back. But, for instance, there's a New Balance outlet there, tax free. I'll drive to Kittery and pay the damned sales tax, it's far less aggravating. read more

This was a very fun experience. I don't get to outlets very often but I was amazed by the deals. Most all the staff were extremely friendly. How well maintained and well stocked the stores varies from store to store but most of them had great variety and very good deals. If you aren't that picky about what you get from each store you can find some really great steals. Lots of stores that I like including the Le Creuset, Under Armour, Nike, Calvin Klein, and so on. Food court is a bit limited: I think it has Sharron, Chicken Pro, and Asian Pro. I think there is an Auntie Anne's/Wetzels but I don't recall a coffee store unless I missed it (i.e. Starbucks or Coffee Bean Tea Leaf?). The whole area is outdoors so if the weather is not kind you'll have to endure all the elements unless you are within the stores themselves. This might help keep customers from loitering and going directly to the stores. Either way, I really enjoyed myself and I can't wait to return to do more "damage" aka "shopping spree" read more

If I had to choose just one thing I liked the most about this place, it would be its location. In addition to being located a mere 10 minutes from my house, it's surprisingly easy to get to. Just follow the signs around the huge stone fort of a wall surrounding the parking lot and you're in like sin! As for the selection of stores, I'm not gonna list them all here. But just know...there are plenty. Now, for some reason none of us will probably ever figure out, the Nike store had an especially long line the particular day we went back-to-school shopping for my son. We're talkin' like..."camping outside the Best Buy for a PS5" long. Probably had a special on some celebrity's promotional shoe or something. Anyway, I love the outdoor layout and open walkways. However, I wish I could say the same about their food court. Because honestly, it's pretty weak. From no-name brands, to only the lamest of the actual recognizable ones, let's just say none of us could even agree on a place to have lunch. I think we ended up going to T-Bones or something. Ah well, if you're a fan of DQ, they got one of those, at least. Shopping wise, this place has a bit of everything. Keep in mind though, this is a factory outlet mall, not a traditional mall. And there are subtle differences between the two, such as the food court thing typically sucking for the former. Not to mention, factory outlets don't have Hot Topic (which my son found out the hard way). I recommend this place for all families who want to have a nice, calming view whilst they walk from store to store. They sometimes have good specials, too. Just don't expect much from the limited food court options. I'm giving Merrimack Premium Outlets 4 scenic outdoor views along the walkway out of 5. read more

I came here this past weekend on a whim and was glad I did! I would typically go to the Wrentham Premium Outlets, but these are only about 15 mins farther from me, despite being in New Hampshire. The first thing I noticed was that there seemed to be more available parking than at Wrentham. I came with only a few hours left before closing, and I had already made notes of which stores I wanted to hit and their closing times--it was helpful that almost all closed at 9 PM, the entire mall's closing time, unlike at Wrentham where a lot of stores will close between 5-7 PM. I realize that finding sales is largely a function of the particular day you go, and I lucked out with a 50% off sale at Vineyard Vines, similar at Banana Republic, and a decent sale at Brooks Brothers. I was able to load up on sweaters, which was my goal. There's also a small food court, although it was closed by the time I wrapped up at Wrentham. I think I'll be back here. read more

The Adidas store at Merrimack outlet has false advertising. Shoes placed on multiple shelves, with multiple signs that clearly state an additional 50 percent off are in fact not. I have taken two different pairs of shoes from these shelves to a cashier and they stated that these shoes are in fact not 50% off, they just don't have anywhere else to put them. There is plenty of shelf space to put all of these shoes elsewhere or atleast remove one of the signs and put the shoes that are not on sale on that shelf! read more

This outlet mall is located about 45 minutes from where my brother lives in New Hampshire and with some spare time, I decided I needed to come and check out the outlets! First, these are the stores I actually like here. Bloomingdales - The Outlets Coach Cole Haan Lacoste Lids Nike Factory Outlet Polo: Ralph Lauren Puma Outlet Saks Off Fifth Theory Tommy Hilfiger Vineyard Vines For me, there was a decent amount of stores that I shop at and that's mostly just the stores that I personally checked out. The outlets themselves were beautiful and I loved the layout. I parked near Saks Off Fifth and the parking situation is pretty massive (as it should be). The aisles were decorated nicely for the holidays and thanks to that, the deals were in full force since I visited this place on Christmas Eve. There's not really much to actually say about the mall as a whole that I haven't already said. Personally, I enjoy checking out all the different outlet malls and I would recommend giving this place a chance and come do some shopping! read more

I'm not sure who thought it would be a good idea for an outdoor mall in Southern New Hampshire but on this cold evening, I'm still here and looking for anything that might be different or unique and also keep me warm. Hey, I live in North Carolina and I'm in New Hampshire in February. Easy access from the Turnpike and there is a ton of parking. The layout of the mall in a double chevron encourages browsing. Park at one end, walk your way in a loop back to where you are and you're done. Easy! There is a free wifi here that reaches much of the mall and that's nice. They also have a decent food court if you have to eat and shop. As is usual when you're out and about, be aware of your surroundings and do not leave your belongings in your vehicle in sight. Barbour outlets are rare and whenever i'm in the area i try to drop in and find some deals. This is a good outlet mall with most of the big name brands. Stores are spread out and it's the open air format, but not bad since it's up north and not that hot... the day I was there. Don't know how it would be in the wintertime with snow. An advantage for the many families doing school clothes shopping is that there is no sales tax on clothes in New Hampshire. There were many out of state plates in the packed parking lot. And most stores were fairly busy even midweek. The food court is okay. Nothing really outstanding, but better than some. It seems fairly new or at least well maintained; very clean -- no litter any where in sight. For some reason, I was fascinated by this huge moose statue at one of the entrances. Out of all the outlets in New England Merrimack outlets is by far on of the best outlets I've been to. There are plenty of stores that are at this outlet and it's easy to walk thru. There are covered areas as well to have shade from the sun or rain. The food court has more food at the place from Chinese, chicken, to vegetarian meals. They also have a boba tea. The stores here compared to other outlets. I want to say, they feel like the stores have more items inside and are a bit bigger. The other plus to coming to this outlet is that for one it's in New Hampshire and #2 your not taxed on the items you buy. read more

November 25th 2023 I was racially profiled by the security & they couldn't & wouldn't tell me why they were following me... Even followed me to my vehicle and took a picture of my license plate and still have yet to tell me they were following me.... These outlets are very nice, if you are used to the Premium Outlets brand then they look rather similar from city to city. We drove here from Montreal on May 16th and it was such a beautiful day to spend walking around the grounds. There are plenty of stores, plenty of parking and something for everyone. If you are a window browser like me, you'll be very happy with the selection however if you are looking to score some amazing deals and are from Canada, you may be sad to find that most things are priced just about the same, if not, more expensive when factoring the exchange rate. I would recommend looking at shops we don't have back home, I enjoyed the Bloomingdales, Columbia outlet and Vineyard Vines for example, however depending on where you live, the rest is the same as what you can find at your local mall. This is really the ideal place to walk outside when the weather is nice and we came here to browse more than anything. Sadly certain stores were just overpriced, Crocs for example only had a buy one get 50% off option but I regularly see promotions online that are 40% off everything so despite being an "outlet" you're not getting the best price or selection. There also aren't a lot of food options so I recommend planning ahead and looking through the website directory for all options that suit you before going. read more

No sale tax! I took granted of living in Oregon and now I have to drive for hours to shop in NH. We got great deals at Coach and MK. Sale assistants were helpful and friendly. One thing to complaint about is the help desk service next to the food court. I checked in on yelp and saw the saving passport so I went to ask for that. Help desk replied they didn't do that and when I asked to assure, the woman immediately said she could give me their manager's number to talk about that. Wow so aggressive. A simple apology would be enough. After all, it is a false advertisement, either on you or Yelp. read more

Went this past Saturday with one specific destination, Coach... The BFF and I decided we were going to buy ourselves new bags. I had went online & printed some coupons so off we went... With our 2 wonderful 3 year olds in tow.. We were dreading the experience but knowing we didnt really plan to "Shop" we decided we would deal... We get there and like many of the other reviews, instantly we thought we were on the back of the place, it seemed weird, but we just parked got out & walked towards the closest entrance looking area & TA DA... Coach was right there... The place was dead & that might be in part because its only a few weeks after Christmas and people might still be recovering and it was raining. We went into Customer Service & I got my Coupon Book (I downloaded a free coupon on line for) but I found out if you just show your AAA card they will hand over the booklet as well... so we rented a double race car stroller for the boys and off we went... As we got to Coach I was relieved at how big it was (much bigger then Wrentham) and they were handing out 30% coupons as the door... BONUS! (I was able to get 2 bags for the price of what I alloted myself for 1) And then we just walked a little and because the boys were being so good we decided to take them to Disney and let them pick somthing out... and in there the sales were crazy too... So Im not sure if we just picked a good weekend or if other peoples idea of retail and mine are completley different... I have to admit I only went in those 2 stores (and Lindt to get some chocolate)... I def plan to go back to look in more & then maybe I can get a better grasp of the sales & actual prices vs retail... Im a fan for now! read more

My friends and family have been coming here for the past couple of years. They have upgraded the overall layout and a playground area in the center. All stores I've been in are usually very clean and organized. Ideal spot for Black Friday shopping (get there early). Deals are much better compared to other local malls nearby my home. This mall is from Premium Outlets which operates Wrentham mall, Clinton Mall and Woodburry mall. So if you know any of these malls, this mall is similar in concept and type of shops. Size wise I felt it was somewhere bigger than Clinton mall and smaller than Wrentham mall. But it is a huge mall. You can hardly notice the size difference. One nice thing is there is a huge roof in the walking corridor. I believe even when it is raining people can walk and shop. Also it allowed them to put small play area on the walking corridor. Like the food court of other Premium Outlet mall, here also it looks less exiting. read more

Merrimack Outlets take pride in the appearance of the outlet mall with beautiful wooden beams and coverage and it is always immaculate and clean. There are a variety of stores to please everyone, from stores with home goods, modern clothing, and even food! The stores are well-stocked and are big enough to hold the amount of people that visit the outlet stores. Reading through some of the reviews, many people have talked about the parking, and it's true. Parking can be a rarity at Merrimack Outlets, however, I have always found a spot within time. If they could invest in more parking, I think it would enhance the experience for everyone. Give it a shot! read more

Nice outdoor outlet shopping mall. I liked the covered sections which are helpful as sun shields and to protect you from inclement weather. I received a $5 discount when I checked in, but when I went to customer service to collect the coupon, I was told that the mall no longer honored those coupons for yelpers. They got it right when they planned this place. It's really well organized both in store and parking layout. I kept wanting to compare the Merrimack Outlets to the Kittery, ME, outlets, and Woodbury Commons in New York, but that's a disservice, because because those outlets have one thing that Merrimack does not have (at least yet) - SPRAWL. If you plan to do serious shopping here, be sure to stop at the food court to pick up the VIP Coupon Book. While it normally costs $5, it's free if you can produce a card such as AAA or AARP membership. Even if you don't get the coupon book, many of the stores will ask you if you have a card such as AAA or AARP, give you their store's discount, and point you back to the food court to get it. The outlets are very easy to navigate, with plenty of directories and convenient rest rooms. Now as for price - that's a judgment call, since these days it's tougher and tougher to feel like you get a bargain at some stores at the outlets. I definitely found some bargains today. read more

This is a newer outlet center in Merrimack NH. The opening of these outlets were highly anticipated and needed in southern NH! I'm my opinion they did a fabulous job with this center! The layout is open yet cozy. Easy to navigate with the food court in the middle. The hallways of the outlet center are partially covered by huge wooden trellises. It looks visually beautiful! The selection of stores is good. There are your standard outlet stores plus a Saks and Nordstrom outlet. The center could use a few higher end stores but maybe in time! The center is always kept meet and clean including the restrooms . I would definitely recommend a visit to the Merrimack Premium Outlets. You will enjoy them! Happy deal hunting! read more

I'd never been to these outlets but I needed to go to the Merrell store and this was the closest to me. The outlets are vast and have an amazing selection of stores. I will say prices in some of these stores really didn't seem like a value. I did like how it was like a mall with everything walkable as opposed to the plaza system you find in some outlets. What I really did not like was how everyone ignored the arrows, social distancing was non-existent and mask wearing wasn't near 100% compliance. I honestly didn't feel super safe and only went into a few stores before going to Merrell and getting my sneakers. That store was fantastic and a woman named Amanda was a great help to us! read more

I found the premium outlets good overall overall I will definitely go back until I find a reason not to. I went while it was close to just opened, on a nice late summer weekend, so it was beyond packed to say the least. The weather allowed one to easily walk around from store to store in comfort outside and you had loads of families doing some back to school shopping. I found the prices to be higher than you usually find at outlets, but I found the selection larger and better than I find at other outlets, so I take that trade off. It' definitely not a fire sale off miscut and old stuff. If you are looking for cheap, I don't these outlets will work for you. The food court was unruly, but I was pleasantly surprised with several choices that were healthier than most food courts. Plenty of parking, especially as you go further in towards the back. I got the sense they were breaking ground for several more restaurants on the road in. I think the location works well to take large amounts of traffic as exit 10 has handled Fidelity coming and going already for years (thousands of employees at this location). read more

I finally got jeans and shirts in Cold New Hampshire where 50 degrees is considered warm, I'm used to 90 degree weather so it is refreshing to hear "50 degrees? It's so sunny and good out there."
