She would always come home singing new songs and relating what she had learned/done at daycare to our home life! Mery and Giovana love their daycare kiddos as if they are truly their family! They celebrate every birthday, holidays, and even hold family parties for the holidays where you can meet the other parents/siblings and spend time together. Mery and Giovana go above and beyond! One of the things I love most is the constant communication. She posts multiple updates throughout the day on the classroom app, sharing photos of fun activities and lessons. The academics are amazing. My son has learned so much! At just two years old, he can already identify some letters, count to 25, and comes home singing new educational songs every day. Not only does Desiree share photos, but she also takes the time to write detailed descriptions of art projects and worksheets, which helps me understand what he's learning even when I'm just seeing scribbles. My son absolutely loves being there. He has cried when leaving early and is always eager to go back the next day. As a director in child care, Desiree is truly the best I have ever seen. He was also being bullied, and nothing was handled properly. On top of that, I also noticed a serious lack of confidentiality. Personal information about families and their situations was openly discussed among staff and even shared with other parents, which is completely unprofessional and unsafe. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this daycare. Families deserve a place that is safe, respectful, and supportive, and unfortunately this daycare did not provide that for my child. I started panicking a little (my son was supposed to start in just a couple of months) and called frequently. No one answered or returned my calls or voicemails. Finally after a MONTH of reaching out, they emailed back and said they wouldn't have space but would reach out when they did. It's been a year and they've never contacted me. Not that I would send my children here anyways, I'd prefer a daycare I can actually get in touch with if needed... Update: It appears the owner responds via Yelp much faster than their email. And also, even though they didn't officially confirm our spot during the tour, they gave no indication there would be an issue with the approximate start time we were desiring. We were not the only family we know of that tried to contact them for weeks and got no response.
