I was beginning the process of looking at Medicare, Part G supplement and Rx policies and was getting very frustrated when a friend of ours referred me to Rusty. Since I'm about to turn 65 in April, I've been swamped with mailers, advertisements, phone calls, FB ads all promoting different medicare/medigap programs. It's definitely been overwhelming. My consultant, Russell Williams, was very knowledge and "PATIENT" with my wife and I when explaining all the options available to us in picking a supplemental insurance plan. There was no pressure in trying to put us with any particular provider that he represents. Though I thought I had a pretty good knowledge of the variance plans that were available I was totally lost in trying to manage the mountain of choices when picking a prescription drug plan (Part D). Russell volunteered to do the research for us. We simply provided a listing of the medications with dosages that we are currently taking and he did the rest.
