Tried this delivery service for the first time last night and I will not be using the service…read moreagain. Website is overly complicated, and the prices are higher than the restaurant ($1-2 per item, per my order). Also, the "tax/srv" charge was 25% (to my knowledge MS restaurant tax is 9%), followed by a delivery fee and a $4 processing fee. In all, including tip of $10, I spent nearly $30 for the delivery service alone, which they only had to drive 3.8 miles from the restaurant. Their 1st time user promo code doesnt work, I tried it about 5 times. My pizza took an hour to be delivered and the delivery guy had to call me 3 times for me to give him directions. The guy was a little too casual on the phone and it sounded like he had other people in his car. My food wasn't super cold by the time I got it, which is the ONLY thing I cant complain about. But for the premium cost the whole ordeal was a neadless headache. I hadn't even heard of Fetch Delivery before using it, and I'm sure that it will be soon be forgotten like it never existed at all....I mean unless over paying and long wait times is your thing. Who knows, maybe my experience was just a fluke and all the other "real" 5 star reviews are right.

The sweet potato casserole was just the right amount of sweet and savory. I was going between the catfish and sweet potato to balance out the flavors. The fried okra was a bit bland and definitely needed the sauce. The service was great - attentive and gave great advice on food options. The interior fits the diner appearance and everything looked pretty clean and tidy. Other people in the party enjoyed their poboys and hash brown casseroles.

Pretty sure it was yesterday's leftover bread or someone needs to pull it 5 minutes sooner from the oven. Unanimous at the table, Everton e had garb corn bread. No big deal. The chicken fried steak was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Gravy was great and the red beans and rice side was awesome. All great flavors. Wife loved the chicken and dumplings, good flavor and tender chicken. She got a side of sweet potato casserole and loved it. I had a bite and it was delicious for certain. The valets were so kind and helped all of my elderly guests in and out of their vehicles. Also, they get bonus points for having umbrellas! I have used valet companies for past events and the companies were not nearly as flexible. I was able to specify where I wanted guests to be picked up/dropped off and I even asked that they change that location once it started raining. Their great customer service never skipped a beat. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for valet or transportation services. I rarely take the time to consider (let alone review) a valet company's performance, but they really did go above and beyond. 10/10 highly recommend. P.S. they offer executive transportation too.
