After My Miracle Cleaning came to "deep clean" my home, I did a random online search asking what someone should expect cleaners to do if they are doing a $600 deep cleaning of your residential home. I should have done this research before I scheduled the cleaning. Here's what it said: "Expect them to roll up with a serious kit--not just a mop and a rag. For a proper deep clean, here's what they should bring with them: * Microfiber cloths--tons of 'em, color-coded so they don't cross-contaminate (kitchen yellow, bathroom blue, etc.). * Extendable duster or telescoping pole for ceilings, fans, and high shelves--lazy pros just skip those. * Vacuum with HEPA filter--one that actually sucks, not a Shop Vac or some cordless toy. Bonus if it has attachments for crevices and upholstery. * Steam cleaner--for grout, floors, even mattresses if you're lucky. * Scrubbing brushes--stiff ones for tile, soft for wood, and a grout brush that looks like it means business. * Baking soda, vinegar, or eco-friendly degreasers--they'll mix on-site; no harsh chemicals unless you ask. * Ladder--short step one for ceilings, taller for windows. * Buckets--one for clean water, one for dirty, plus a squeegee for glass. * Rubber gloves--thick, not flimsy, so they don't quit halfway. * Trash bags--heavy-duty, because dust bunnies turn into garbage bags." The 2 person crew who showed up to "deep clean" my home on Thursday March 12, 2026 from My Miracle Cleaning showed up with a few rags, 1 bucket, 1 mop, a shop vac, and a random array of supplies. I had to ask them not to use the rags they used in the bathroom to clean the other areas of the house. The first thing they requested from us when they arrived was trash bags and paper towels. They didn't have any with them. They almost used a can of bug spray that was on our kitchen counter to clean the kitchen counter. I let them use our Fantastic spray instead . They had to borrow our step ladder to get to lights and fan and only after I reminded them to do the lights and fan. They did not clean the top of the refrigerator. They used a Shop Vac to vacuum all my floors and rugs. They mopped the tile floors with a mop I would have used for my weekly cleaning. I had to really direct much of what they were doing in addition to pitching in myself. They were very nice people and did whatever I asked but they didn't have the first clue as to what it means to really "deep clean" someone's home. No brushes used. No grout cleaning. But these cleaners really thought that what they were doing was a deep cleaning. So clearly they need further training from the leadership of the company. Or perhaps the leadership needs further training. I should have asked what kind of cleaning tools and cleaning supplies they would be bringing with them. I did not and that was my mistake. Needless to say we won't be using My Miracle Cleaning services in the future nor will we be recommending them to others. Raquel said all the right things as to what her cleaners would be doing but the cleaners were not at all knowledgeable as to "how" to deep clean floors and other surfaces. Be aware and ask about the tools they will be bringing or not bringing to your home to get the job done well. Raquel also gave me a range of pricing but it all depended on what the cleaners said they did after they left. They did not come out to assess and give an exact price ahead of time. Today My Miracle Cleaning did a move out deep cleaning for me and they did a fantabulous job! Erika and her crew arrived on time, was very professional and did what needed to be done. They even organized a few a things that I still had lingering. From start to finish working with Raquel was a breeze! I'd made an inquiry on her site mid-evening not expecting a response until the next day. Raquel texted me right away inquiring when would be a good time to speak. Our tile floor was disgusting and sticky. I contacted My Miracle Cleaning and spoke with Raquel since we had bi-weekly cleaning previously. I requested cleaning service for today at last minute. She was able to find Manu. Manu was extremely thorough and moved things to get underneath to clean . Some of the other housekeepers sweep or mop around it. I was very impressed by Manu and her cleaning. Even my husband was pleased by her cleaning. Thank My Miracle Cleaning now I can walk on my tile floors without sticking to them. A few months ago someone on ND posted about two cleaning girls that were using a towel to clean his kitchen floor and he showed a video of them. I thought it was a violation of their privacy and I didn't understand what was so wrong with them doing this. A few days later he posted again complaining about it. I called the company, My Miracle Cleaning, to ask them if they knew about him trashing their workers. The lady was super nice and she thanked me for letting her know. I didn't think about it again until my FIL was hospitalized and I had to tend to his well being. I went to his apartment and thought it needed a deep cleaning since he has lived alone for 8 years and probably hasn't been cleaning up as well as he should have. So, I gave My Miracle Cleaning (786-325-8871) a call to find out how soon I could get someone to come DEEP CLEAN his apartment. I spoke to the same nice lady and she sent a girl over right away. This gal came at 9am, spent the entire day cleaning his apartment from top to bottom. His apartment is so clean that we could eat off of the floors. She cleaned everything, the bathrooms, kitchen, both bedrooms; even changing the sheets, the refrigerator, and even the back porch! My BIL, who is a clean freak, was actually blown away by the cleanliness of the place. In fact, he asked me for the name and phone number for this cleaning company! He, and the rest of our family, are in total awe of how clean this apartment is. We are blown away! It looks better than when he first moved in! My FIL is in a rehabilitation facility and we can't wait for him to come home to see how beautiful his apartment is now. He has always been a proud man and he will be so proud of his place. My husband and I were on our way to the UM game and stopped by my FIL's apartment to see how she was doing and to tip her. We walked in and she was cleaning the stove (the things that are under the burners along with the oven) and we couldn't believe how much better the place looked at that point.
