There are pros and cons with this nail shop. The staff is extremely polite. I praise the fact that they were extremely gently with the filing/grinding. The shop is very clean and up to date. Cons I had over an hour wait with other clients being seated before me even though the owner mentioned to another customer that I had already been there an hour. It took the people to do my which aren't difficult in style. They couldn't do the first design I asked for. And my full set with design on two nails came to $50.00. read more

A older gentleman here with glasses did my nails. Did a great job on the shaping but couldn't understand what I was trying to communicate as far as color and design and became too frustrated and gave up on my nails after a second attempt. I felt he was a bit rude in his delivery. Sucks because I hate being asked if I like it and after being honest about what I specifically want, I get major attitude. This mail salon is one of the best I've been to yet, the people were very nice, the place was very clean and the whole experience was not uncomfortable at all it was very nice. The guy that was doing my nails took his time and really made sure everything was how I wanted. The only things was that while I was waiting to get my nails done I was sitting in the chair for about 20 minutes. But once the guy came back I had fill service from them on. I'm very happy and I'm definitely going back. (I got a full set of acrylics with gel and an accent nail, which costed $40 total). read more

First time in today. Overall nail salons in the Vineland/NJ area haven't impressed me. The salon is clean with nice appearance. The staff was very polite. I had different people do my gel pedi and mani. Both did nice jobs with good attention to detail. We will see how the polish holds up as this is part of how I rate a place. I marked down on stars (would give 3.5) because of price. They had no signs in the store saying how much things cost. My gel mani/pedi cost me $65 (no tip)! That's a lot (although it seems to be a huge trend out here -from Vegas originally) looking at their website I found on Yelp after (very confusing) it would appear I got some deluxe pedi (typical nails with scrub, lotion, hot towel) and a basic mani (nails & hand massage) and I still can't figure how they came up with $65. They never gave me options, just picked for me. Anyhow, regardless $65 is overcharging hands down, unless you have terrible toes and feet! Guess I'll be sticking to doing it myself at home. read more

$50 for a gel manicure and a pedicure. Two different people did my nails. The guy that did my pedicure could have scrubbed my feet a little more. My feet hardly feel any softer than when I first got there. He did clean my toenails pretty good though and the paint looks good. The foot massage was not the best. He sort of just rubbed my foot with the oil. As for my gel manicure, the lady did a good job. She clipped my cuticles down nicely. The shape of my nails isn't the greatest... but it will do. She did not massage my hands like most places do. No lotion or anything. I got the pedi and mani nail polish set, which I normally don't do. They did offer a large variety of gel colors, including OPI which is my favorite because it lasts long. The salon was clean and the staff smiled and worked fast. Worst Salon I ever was in. Only 3 people working there on a busy Saturday. ask how long the wait was was told not too long, soon. After an hour was put in the pedicure chair, that did not work, and waited another 40 minutes before service began. Technician was very inexperienced gave poor pedicure. Spent over 3 and a half hours for a manicure and a pedicure. read more

The one girl that did my pedicure rushed it completely, it was only a 13 minute pedicure from start to finish with painting. I waited longer then the actual service. Everybody else in the pedicure seats started before me and yet i was first to finish just so she could go sit down somewhere else. My dip powder was done very well though. Got my nails done here for the first time on Mother's Day..only 3 people working in the entire shop they had only one man jumping table to table doing several peoples nails. I was at the salon for a total of 2.5 hours. From the employee rushing i was cut several times by the file machine. 5 days later i get an infection in my thumb cuticle. Got it confirmed by my physician. Went back the same day showed them my dr note stating i had the infection and demanded a refund. Instead of giving me the refund of 50$ they told me to get a lawyer and sue. I am currently in the works of pressing charges against this company. read more
