It's so obvious at times what is being said and laughed about, after making a rude comment about somebody's nails. It's not rocket science. It's rude and makes people feel extremely unwelcome and embarrassed. There is one young woman in particular who is very intimidating with her eyes and rude comments when working on peoples nails and literally doesn't do what that paying customer asks, she diverts or makes it seem like it's a problem for asking to fix something or cover up a spot that's see through.
