MNCP helped me get working within a week of applying. I worked with from Dec 2023, but no longer with them because of relocating to another state. I would definitely recommend this agency, especially for those who need work immediately, no resume, resume isn't stellar and/or don't like interviewing because there's no actual interview and don't ever have to go in to their office. The application process was straight forward with very good communication and necessary information via email. This was a year ago though. I spoke with a recruiter via phone for a specific job and she provided options for which role, and she even got me a job before that one even started because I really wanted and needed to start working ASAP. The jobs were not difficult, was pleasant to work at, and decent companies. Most jobs were seasonal or part-time but if you perform well, be on time, have a good attitude, positive, always eager to work and ask, you can get more hours/ days if possible. Also, if you can't make a shift or late, they do not treat you bad or deny you work. Just communicate with them regularly. All staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and understanding. I've worked with other recruiters in the past and none of them match his professionalism. I was floored when he asked to meet me in person! I've never had a recruiter care enough to want to meet me in person. It was the nicest thing ever! Most recruiters only want to speak to you over the phone and then send you on your way. Renee was one of the nicest, understanding and down-to-earth people I've met in a long time. He listened to my concerns and requests.
