Not even worth 1 star but can't leave a review without any stars. Couldn't agree more with the other reviews. Here's my experience with this company. Filled out an application on March13th. Got a call from Tabitha Noble (administrative assistant) for a quick phone interview. Set up an appointment with Mariam Romero (account manager for the health division) for March 17th (Tue). Mariam Romero seemed like a nice person and acted like she really wanted to help. I was wrong. She told me she already had a Dental office that I would be a good candidate for and would send my resume to. She even offered to tweak my resume for the specific position. I was also told she would e-mail me the assessment test for me to fill out. Never got it. As I was leaving she said if I didn't hear from her by Thu to give her a call. I waited until the following Monday before calling her. I have since left her 3 messages. Never got a response. Today (April 10) I decided to call Tabitha Noble to find out what's up, no call back as of yet. To say the least this is very disappointing as I have been looking for work for 6 months now. Reached out to this company when I was looking for a job after being laid off. I have 20+ years of experience in my field. And they didn't return my phone calls. I even applied to jobs that they posted online and in their own portal which my experience completely aligned with and they never called me once in 3 months. Good thing I was out hustling for myself everyday ; they literallly never lifted a finger to help me. read more

So I Googled Temp Agencies in Las Vegas.. This place had all the the stars!!! I walk in Eastridge Workforce Solutions To apply and the young lady KAYLA asked the standard. How can I help you? I asked if I can apply for a job. She said the positions they have available are Administrative, Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist. So I said OK... The she said if you're looking for WAREHOUSE, LABOR you can go to our other office that's actually 10 minutes away and they take walk-ins. I WAS SO OFFENDED!! I moved from California December 2013 my unemployment benefits were running out and I was just short of dancing on a table to make ends meat when I found Eastridge. I went in for an interview took a quick Word and Excel assessment and was sent on two separate interviews that same day. Two years later I was looking for a career change and wanted to break into the field of property management so I went back to Eastridge and meat with Deborah, she was so sweet encouraging and always responded promptly to my emails and phone calls with any questions I may have. Thanks to her help I was able to make the career switch gracefully , gain the experience I needed to break into an other wise difficult field to get into without experience. This place is extremely unproffessional to say the least. What a waist of time. The recruiter i worked with was Amber Trask ( what a disapointment) she submitted me for a job at Alterra Mortgage. I went on the interview and it seemed to go very well. According to her they were interested in hiring me and that they were in the middle of moving and would contact her with the offer and start date by the end off the week. Well lets just say I never received the call back. When i reached out to Amber she kept telling me " I will definitely know the start date by the end of the week." This went on for two weeks Then all of a sutton all communication ceased. She stopped answering my calls and never responded to my emails. Very unprofessional, Aerotek had submitted me for the same position and had made the choice to proceed with Eastridge do to the fact she said it was a direct hire. Well i made a mistake. Common courtesy is to at least tell me the truth and what the final outcome was. I would not recommend this Angency at all or wouldn't recommend working with Amber if you do. In the beginning, I was very impressed with the agency, or at least my rep, Anna. As things progressed, after I was placed and started to see some strange things while on assignment, it became very clear...they want to be paid and the person on assignment is not really their concern. Things got worse and when I got called, I was told that "we have people banging down the doors to work at "........" I told her find give it to them and place me elsewhere.....nothing! Eventually, I was fired...I'll admit to some responsibility for losing my cool for 5 minutes, but now the company I worked for is willing to settle and pay me some "go away" money...but EWS is lying through their collective teeth...saying there was a face to face confrontation with someone I've never met, who wasn't in the office the day I was there and that I spoke to on the phone for about 3 minutes. No-one, not the company I was assigned to nor EWS had management view or restate what happen .... strange and now....no job, no references and the State agency assigned to help settle all this can barely get EWS to respond to calls! The convention division is a complete joke and widely mocked by regulars in this industry. Ran and Susan do everything in their power to rip you off; Eastridge even was forced into a recent settlement for not paying its temps properly. For starters, the pay is among the lowest in the industry and bonuses are a third of what they used to be. Have a health or family issue? You're SOL and they will cut you off entirely even after years of service. They constantly beg people to travel to other markets for them (out of your own pocket!) and, after you've set those days aside, will give you terrible hours that you'll be lucky to break even. I once even overheard Ran joking about a temp who died while on the clock -- that's the kind of sick people who work here. #zerostars read more

I tested and interviewed with a recruiter at Eastridge in 2016. Although Marni Unger found me a position, I had to quit due to finding a better, permanent, higher paying position. That position ended April 2017. I immediately called Eastridge to get back into the loop. I was told Marni moved onto other things and I was assigned another recruiter, who told me they had no legal positions in the legal field at that time. I continually called back and had to leave a voice mail, but was told to call once a week to let them know I was available. I did that faithfully for about a month. Nothing. Then, August 2017, still unemployed since April, I sent an email to admin.lv@eastridge.com asking why they never call me when I continually see ads posted on Zip Recruiter for Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, etc. Within seconds, someone calling themselves Michelle Karaker called and was as snotty and condescending as ever. She slipped and told me Marni had "deactivated" me back in January 2017 (after calling Eastridge since April 2017), which pissed me off. I suppose it showed in my voice, when Michelle immediately began to accuse me of yelling at her and telling me she cannot continue the phone call due to my tone of voice. Instead of understanding why I would be so angry, she hung up on me. So much for helping someone down on their luck. What a bitch she was and I'll tell the world that she was very unprofessional, unconcerned, rushed me through the phone conversation, and admitted Eastridge "deactivated" me. They will give you a date to hear for them by, the date rolls around and you don't hear anything; so they give you another date to hear from them by and still nothing on the 2nd appointed date. It seems to me that they are woefully unprepared to meet the requirements set down by their clients/contractors and it is affecting their ability to find assignments for the people looking hard for work. read more

I've been looking for a job for the past 6+ months. In those 6 months, Eastridge has set me up with only 3 job opportunities, in which all I got an interview for and all I didn't get the job. The most recent opportunities was at a company called GeoTab. After 3 tests that need to be done immediately and a 4 hour interview, I was told I would hear back the next day. Eleven days go by and I hear nothing. I continually asked Eastridge recruiters if they heard anything, but answers were few and very passive. Most of the time I wouldn't get an answer back. They told me to contact GeoTab. So I called GeoTab and asked to speak with HR. The receptionist tells me all of HR is in a meeting all day and will call me back tomorrow. Half the next day rolls by and I don't hear anything, so I call again. The receptionist this time tells me HR will call me back today. Four hours later, I received an email from Eastridge tell me to stop contacting GeoTab because they found it "unprofessional" that I was trying to talk to someone at HR and that it was making Eastridge look bad. All they cared about was that I was making them look bad because they would not contact GeoTab for me. Go elsewhere, they people don't care about what unemployed people have to go through. read more
