I was corrupted!! (thats another story BUT my computer was also corrupted) Now before you think i was looking at some weird stuff (and yes i do from time to time) somehow my whole keyboard and mouse stopped functioning. Where did I look for help..YELP! Yes, Yelp always knows the place!! I called and got the owner Oren on the phone. I was in a panic. I use my desktop more than my phone so I felt helpless and so worried I was going to have to go to windows 10 or I really didnt know what I did wrong. Oren came to my rescue! Thank you so much Oren! Oren sat right down and after some time (maybe 15 minutes) he found the issue(microsoft.net caused my system to be corrupted) he had everything straightened out and had my old girl (my computer that was my moms) up and running correctly. Oren was my third call and I have to say he was efficient, courteous, genuine and knowledgeable! He was calm where as I was a nervous wreck and he diligently went through all kinds of programs to pin point the corrupted file or dot net thing. I dont know anything when it comes to computers. I trust a professional like owner Oren implicitly. He asked where I found him and I told him yelp and had him look at my page on here so he would know it was my review! My computer is my life line (as I am sure it is for most people) and without my desktop I wouldnt know what to do. I was so glad I found My PC Tech and called and had the owner Oren repair my corruption! He said there was nothing he could do for my personal corruption (kidding he didnt say that). Take it from me IF you have ANY computer troubles take the time to speak to Oren and have him come fix your computer. Orens prices($55.00 for the first hour) were not some rip off and I was so relieved when he had me up and running again! It actually took him less than an hour and I was amazed at how he knew exactly where to look (file wise) to see what went wrong. I dont think I would ever use anyone else again(I called the original man that built my tower and he never returned my calls so guess what I will never recommend or use him ever again!!!) to solve my computer issues. Only Oren is allowed to service my system from now on! Do your self a favor, dont waste time with any other company if your corrupted like I am, I mean like I was ( i mean like my computer was). Call My PC Tech and try to speak to Oren the owner and let him fix your computer like he fixed mine. Thanks so much for such prompt, honest immediate service Oren! I am so happy Yelp helped me find My PC Tech and Oren! BEST service ever! A well deserved 5 stars from me! I hope you all use My PC Tech like I did. He saved my life or rather my computers life! I researched smaller independent companies in the Fort Lauderdale area. I hoped to receive more personalized service and created a short list. I made phone calls and inquired about computer replacement and configuration. When I called BBM Tech Computer Solutions the call was immediately answered by Brandon Mannie. I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. He listened and told me he would send me an eMail explaining hardware options in addition to options and suggestions. Immediately I made my decision to work with Brandon and BBM. We talked. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM. I was encouraged to call them if I ever have questions. They are willing to do post installation support. Like I mentioned above, after more decades in the IT business, I am most impressed by BBM . If you have a computer issue or need to upgrade your system, contact this company and you will not be disappointed. I admit that I seldom recommend things from books to restaurants to motion pictures to anything, BUT I wholeheartedly will recommend BBM Tech Computer Solutions. Do yourself a favor and if you have a computer problem or issue, give them a call. You will be pleased with the results!

Erica waited on me and said no problem it will be about an hour. Left and came back but she was still working on it, it was a mess. A nice seating area inside so just relaxed. She also added a screen protector for me, mine was broken and can't reuse them. Lo and behold before I could post the review, less than 24 hours I came home from work and I dropped the phone . It hit just under the side were the screen protector was not all the way down and my cover is flush with my phone. Apparently the screen protector wasn't cracked which I thought that was it, it was the phone underneath. Oh boy, back to the store. Erica was not there and I was told it is not covered and he will see what he can do to ask the manager but parts not in anyway until mid week, so I waited until the next day to reach Erica. I showed her the phone and she said they have seen that happen when phone breaks underneath even though I have never had that happen other than when the screen protector was broken then broke the phone. Much to my dismay , I will be paying again, but she did say I only have to pay half just for the screen and not the labor, the best they can do so will wait until midweek. They have phone accessories and electronics you can purchase just not for my older phone alot of iphone stuff. It is located in the Promenade in Coconut Creek. The parking close y on busy times not always available but can always go to parking garage and walk there. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by John and Sergio, and it was honestly refreshing to meet such great men who clearly love what they do. It's rare these days to find people who are both passionate about their work and genuinely want to help others. That's exactly the kind of service I received here. Initially liked this store. Donated really great computers with no hard drives. Found out they buy…read morethem so came back later and sold a couple. On the last visit, I bought in a Mac computer to sell. Their process was the same: write your name on a piece of paper and we'll call you with the offer. Turns out it was wayyy older than I suspected and we had a conversation that started off friendly where I said no problem I'll come pick it up asap but worst case Monday or Tuesday when back in the area. The conversation continued to a point where the store associate (I think this was the owner) said the computer won't even go online and I politely said you're wrong, this was our reception desk computer that plays music on Spotify and YouTube and the receptionist uses it for notes. After that and an additional comment rubbed me wrong I said I would be in firmly on Tuesday and ended the call. I got a reactionary and emotionally charged call back telling me I cannot hang up on him and I need to come now or the computer will be disposed or I would be charged storage fees. Reminded him I signed nothing, nothing stated time frames to me and it's only a few business days, so he can do that but our retainer lawyers would send an affidavit for damages or possibly take further action. Very rude, very unnecessary, and very inconsiderate. I live 20 minutes away and work 7 days a week running multiple call centers. I will not be forcibly inconvenienced by someone that just lied to me about a computer they claimed to have diagnosed. Computer is definitely worthless if it's as old as he says but telling me it doesn't work makes me question how genuine someone is when they just finished diagnosing it. This is someone who is emotional and needs to win. I asked earlier if he'd want to give me 10 bucks for it (would be worth it for me vs. my time picking it up, gas and listing it for 20-30 bucks on Craigslist or OfferUp). He said no at first which was okay. But at this point he said he would send me the 10 dollars so he doesn't have to see me. I clarified it would be 15, as he wanted my keyboard for 5 dollars. He said no so I told him he better not do anything besides hold my property until Tuesday and he again threatened to get rid of it. In the end he sent me a Zelle for 15 dollars. I called back and stated he'd better have all the data removed before he does anything and after silence was hung up on. This happened 2 or 3 times. On the next call I told him stop playing games and he said it's my phone not him. Convenient considering my phone never does that and I use it for business all day, 7 days a week. I doubt my data will be removed. Overall happy to have experienced this. Was considering white labeling their company to bring back my old tech company. Never. I wouldn't want emotional children helping my customers.

I spotted this small shop the week before asking the proprietor as I walked past whether he sells cell phone covers. He answered in the affirmative. I suffered another week with a less than stellar- that is, torn- cellphone cover before finally coming in. I almost didn't not come in because, in past, getting a cellphone cover usually was a hassle usually where I get told I have to buy a new phone to get a phone case/cover to fit. But this experience was a breeze. It started with being added to unlock my phone screen to verify what model it is. After that, I was walked over ti the shelving (like a built-in bookshelf) where covers that fit my model are. In under one minute I chose two (2) of them. There is no indication the covers I bought are Used. I think they are New merchandise and so glad they are still available in my model size. The proprietary is of small we ords, very professional and professionally dressed, and helpful. I paid by swiping at Checkout counter the way many people now pay for quick-service food. He made a point of thanking me before I left. He and this shop will be told of mind for whatever happens to my phone next.

It's only 1 because YELP forces you to add one but the owner/tech decided he didn't want to be an honest business man and really doesn't deserve it. iPhone screen needed to be repaired because it was cracked and started ghost typing. He "repaired" it in 30 min. No problem. $130. Owner/tech says if there's any problems, he'll order another one just in case, and he'll take care of it. Gives me receipt with 90 day warranty. Thanks. 3 weeks later, phone falls and cracks again but also screen pops out and off on 1 side. Can't be used. I read the warranty: If phone cracks, it voids the warranty. But the warranty also says this warranty is only valid at Florida City Walmart. This is Coconut Creek Walmart. Warranty was no good the moment he gave it to me. I go back to the store. Different tech is there... I explain the situation and she says the same thing about cracked screen voids warranty. I explain to her yes, but the screen shouldn't have popped out which means he didn't do a good job. She goes to text him and he calls back. He's willing to change it for $95. I say no and argue that its not fair that he did a bad job and he wouldn't recognize his mistake. A phone can fall and crack but the screen should not come off. They again brought up the warranty and I said I read the warranty. It's not valid. I described what it said and explained this isn't Florida City. So it's no good. But since he wasn't there in person, I wasn't going to stay there and put the tech that was there under all that negativity. It wasn't her fault. But just know if you go there, depending on who does the work, you may not get $130 worth of good work. Just pay $40 on Amazon and do it yourself. Don't come here.
