Where did I look for help..YELP! Yes, Yelp always knows the place!! I called and got the owner Oren on the phone. I was in a panic. Oren sat right down and after some time (maybe 15 minutes) he found the issue(microsoft.net caused my system to be corrupted) he had everything straightened out and had my old girl (my computer that was my moms) up and running correctly. Oren was my third call and I have to say he was efficient, courteous, genuine and knowledgeable! He was calm where as I was a nervous wreck and he diligently went through all kinds of programs to pin point the corrupted file or dot net thing. I dont know anything when it comes to computers. I trust a professional like owner Oren implicitly. He asked where I found him and I told him yelp and had him look at my page on here so he would know it was my review! My computer is my life line (as I am sure it is for most people) and without my desktop I wouldnt know what to do.
