I am insanely sensitive, and highly reactive (less than 10ppm gets me violently ill) and had no reaction. My wife loved her meal and could not believe it was GF. The menu had an eastern European feel to it, but I suspect there would be something for everyone. HONESTLY... one of the best home made fresh, natural (real) food restaurants i have ever been to.
