The spa is a Hot Springs salt based system, so very little maintenance is required due to a lot of automation of water quality tech built in. There have been a few small items requiring some fixes, but have been covered by warranty which is a bonus and another reason why we chose this spa system.

Bought an American Whirlpool hottub from this company at their Lakeland location two years ago…read more Went with a local company, knowing we would pay more, because support was important to us. They did tell me that they were going to be discontinuing that brand but that they would still provide service. Now the hottub can't get hot (I keep it set at 104 degrees and it is stuck at 99) so I called them to see about getting it serviced. Now they no longer service these hottubs and that I need to call the company to see who can service it. They couldn't/wouldn't help me find someone to service it! Guess now that they have my money, I'm on my own. Would never go back there again. UPDATE: Closest certified American Whirlpool service center wants to charge me $471 for travel expense. I have messaged this company to ask for help since they assured me they would still service the hot tub we bought and I never heard back from them (that was over a week ago. I also called the Brandon location to see if I could get some help and all I got was "I'm sorry!". No offer to help in any way. I hope others will see this before deciding to do business with these people.
