Before buying a spa from this group you would be doing yourself a favor to shop around and do some comparison pricing. We were led to believe the 2021 Wellis spa model we had decided upon was a good value at the Mercy Drive Store for $12,000. However, as we had just started looking we decided to shop around and our wallet is so happy we did. We ended up getting the EXACT same model (except a 2022) for $7499.99. Everything written into the $12,000. package at Unique PSB (steps, cover and @ Ease sanitizing system) was also included in the better priced deal. It was all delivered free of charge to the spot where I wanted it in my backyard set-up! It should also be noted that even the Unique PSB in Jacksonville gave me a considerably better price for the exact quoted system than the store on Mercy Drive. On a positive note- even though I would never buy anything from the store on Mercy Drive in Orlando, I will say that Alan, the salesman, spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions quite well. He seems to know "his stuff" and it is unfortunate that we were not able to purchase from him because he did spend a great deal of time with us. It was time for a new above ground pool so of course I went to Unique pools, spas and billiards. Bought two hot tubs from them. Sales and service in Orlando was excellent. Chose to drive up to Daytona to checkout pools and was greeted by Christy. She was amazing. Christy was very knowledgeable and above all patient with us and all our questions. All said and done we bought a new above ground pool from her. It was delivered and installed in just a few days. Installation by Dan was quick and professional. An update to my previous review. I heard from Unique Spa's owner that I would get 100% of what I paid for my first Vita Spa to get a new one. After all the trouble I had with the previous model I opted to spend an additional $4000 and get an upgraded Vita Spa Elite 7000. Have not had any issues at all with this one and Unique's staff has been very accommodating. I love the seat that has the neck and shoulder massager and the fact that you can adjust all the jets individually. read more

Beware beware!!!!! No service department! The electronics on my hot tub Failed 7 months ago which made it useless. I went to the facility to ask for Hank. The young men said he was not available, I told them I was there for warranty and they actually pulled down the garage door with my wife and I left me outside! Turns out not only was the touch keypad bad but the technician wired the whole system wrong and I found the problem after he left. The tech told me he bright a previously installed keypad and the Wi-Fi parts were miss matched and failed. They have yet to contact me to replace the bad part and I'm not gonna hold my breath. Please heed my warning the products they sell are mediocre at best and unfortunately they have no experience in service department so service after the sale is not existence. They may tell you speak to Hank but if you ever have a problem he just never answers. Good luck read more

This place is great especially Allen. He took time to talk with us and find out what we needed and wanted. He recommended a spa that fit our needs and was within our budget. This is a no pressure experience which was a surprise. After a few months our hot tub stopped pumping water. It was a couple weeks after we changed the water. When i called Unique i talked with 3 people over the course of a couple hours while they were coughing me about how to clear the air lock on the pump. I called them 3 times and got help on solutions. I purchased a very large spa an installation was complicated due to space restrictions but it got done as smoothly as possible under the circumstances. But as a result there was some damage done to the front of the unit. The response to fix it was quick and it got done. As with most any significant purchases there will be issues of some type. The question is whether or not customer support will respond quickly and efficiently to fix the problem. As a result of the action taken by Unique Pools Spas & Bi I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase any of their products to rest assured that their customer support/service is excellent. read more

They indicated that they would come out to fix a leak we were having with the hot tub that we purchased from them but the day before they were to come to do the repair, I received an email with the name of a separate person to perform the repair. When I called them to ask about it, they indicated that they would not be able to come out for a month or so. I would not recommend this company. read more

We bought the Little Dipper model for our new home. We shopped at the location off Lake Emma in Lake Mary Fl. We were excited to get our first hot tub. They delivered it on Wednesday while both my husband and I were at work. To our disappointment, the tub was used!!! There was calcium build up and discoloration on the tub and inner workings. They also failed to deliver the steps that came with our purchase. We called and emailed our salesman and the store with no response. On Friday morning about 8 am, without our knowledge, they came and removed the hot tub from our patio with no explanation. My husband called and finally spoke to the manager, Robert - he said he did not want to do business with us because we confronted his salesman about the tub. I received an above ground pool 30 X 15 X 4 Megna in spring of 2020. Went well. Now i have black mold (friends brought into pool unintentionally) so I ordered a new liner 14 June 2021 Monday. I was told it would be in on Friday18 Jun 2021 I called on Thursday and they called me back and assured me i was ok for that Friday. Called Monday (21 June) morning and Joseph Rodgers told me it would be in that day. He also told me he was the owner of This operation. I believed him. I called back on Monday at 2:00 and was told that they could no longer get one. Now I'm upset. I lost 1 week. I believed that these were honest people and totally MISLEAD me for 1 week. Gave me all kinds of grief. Totally always lying about what was happening. They must think that the customers are stupid. Kept saying repeatedly that they only could sell me a new pool. So I said ok. Now they said "we cannot get oblong pools" This is in the same phone call that they said i had to order a new pool.. They lie to get out of the situation and when confronted deny what they said. They have no service. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE FOR ONE SECOND. BEWARE, THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. BIG DISHONEST OPERATION FROM HANK TO JOSEPH. So i called the Jacksonville operation (Carl). a totally different approach. Honest, to the point and explained everything. He said they have known for a long time that no liners are available through them. He apologized for the other operation. A true honest, integrity individual. There are many other places to purchase these above ground pools in Orlando. Please Beware of this Company. I bought a Bullfrog Spa from my local Orlando Dealer and they Went out of Business. Unique Spas is my new Bullfrog local dealer and they refused to handle my Warranty Work. Rob Arago and Norman Lynch appear to be the owners and they pick and chose who they want to service. They are an independent Dealer of Bullfrog spas and Bullfrog advised that they don't agree with this practice but stated they can do what they want. I am in the process of contacting the CEO of Bullfrog to see if this practice is something they want out of their Dealerships. Please beware if you chose to do business with this type company. THANK YOU UNIQUE POOLS SPAS AND BILLARDS. We love you. We visited your location today on Mercy Drive in Orlando where Norm helped us find the right spa for us. I told him what I wanted and he took us right to it. He explained everything in detail (I need that). Then I said ok let us talk it over. My awesome husband has did alot of research on spas. We have one now and I don't really like it cause there are not enough jets. He felt it was a good deal. We live in Lake County and we have priced them there. Unique Pools Spas has much better prices than Lake Co. We decided to purchase. Norm said they had a delivery going to Ocoee and he could put ours on with it. YEA!!! Already I am thrilled. And it only gets better from here. We go home to empty out our spa. A few hours later here comes our new spa. Our set up guys Dustin and Ryan were AMAZING!!! I love you guys. First they took out the old spa. Gave us time to clean up the porch before installing new spa. We were playing on which way we wanted to set it up. They moved it every which way we wanted until we were happy. It was so refreshing to see young men that were just so polite and just went above and beyond to make sure we were well please. The spa was initially delivered by two men, with a plastic sled like sheet to roll it into our gazebo. My 63 year old husband was then asked to join in and help hoist it onto the gazebo deck because the two man crew could not do it alone. We have yet to get the water clear even though they swear that the "frog" system that they sell is supposed to bypass the need for all other chemicals. When the lights started flickering on the spa and it ran for hours at a time, we had to make three phone calls and threaten the manager before we got service. We then got their service people to come out and say that all they change is the light, and even though they could get the spa to turn off when needed, kept insisting that there is nothing wrong with the unit. I cannot wait to see my first electric bill. No matter what I tried to explain to their technician, he kept coming up with different answers and different explanations as to why he could not get it to shut off. Some how I am guessing I will be getting in touch with their service department and the better business department if I cannot get this spa to run the way it should. read more

Bought a Prestige Vita Spa from them a few weeks ago to replace a 20 year old, still functioning but old model. First, the shopping experience. Looked at 3 or 4 other local dealers. Each dealer, of course, has there own set of products but Unique had the largest variety and the best prices. Made several visits and dealt with a couple of different sales people, all of which were extremely knowledgeable, informative and not the least bit pushy. At first we were told that they weren't really set up for wet testing but they would see what they could do. Once we had narrowed the search down and they realized we were serious about buying, they set it up and even set up a second one in the same day for us. We had seen a Marquis spa at another dealership that we really liked but it was too pricey. Bought the Prestige off the floor after negotiating the price to our satisfaction. Delivery was 3 days later and included taking down a panel from our screened room and removal of our old spa. Setup was limited because we were having an electrician finish the wiring later that day. There was minor damage to one of the spa corners and they said they would order the part and come back to replace it and close up the screen at the same time. Alas, ordering the part was not done as promised but has (I'm told) been done now, after a few very polite phone calls. Should be happening in the next day or so... more to follow. The spa is delightful. I originally poo-pooed the bluetooth sound system but it is awesome. Of note, it would not pair with the code in the manual but a quick phone call to Unique solved that issue. We chose not to get the cover lift as it would have required moving the spa a foot away from one of the walls and we did not wish to do that. It is easy to handle with 2 people and manageable with one. If I am using it by myself, I am also comfortable just folding it back on itself and using the seats on one side only. Speaking of seats, each of the 5 seats is different. This particular model has a nice lounger; not as good as the Marquis that we tried but quite adequate. I'm able to stay down without being pushed off, a problem with some loungers. (you HAVE to wet test to know not just how it feels to lay in it but what happens with the jets on). This brand only has one spinner type, with most of the jets only having directional and intensity options. Not a big deal. When you test a jet with you hand, you notice the differences but the back doesn't really notice those differences. Bottom line, to date, we are very happy with our purchase and the process. If shopping for a hot tub, definitely see what Unique Pools Spas and Billiards has to offer but make sure you are happy with the product and price. Good luck! read more
