The staff assisted me thoroughly over the phone and was able to schedule a visit in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly, and casual which allowed me to be comfortable during the photo shoot. It helped that they were able to guide me and provide me instructions as I have never done a photo shoot like that so I really appreciated the support - also helped because I was nervous. The photos came out fantastic and was delivered to me via email about half an hour after I completed my visit. I was able to do one outfit change which meant two outfits total which was great! Highly suggest calling before you visit just so you can try to secure a parking spot as it the plaza is compacted. Great work!

I would give zero stars but can't. This guy said he could do wedding invites and match the font to…read morea particular one I showed him. He gave us a good price, we came back a week later to place the order and give him a deposit. He wasn't there but a young lady took the order accepted the deposit and told me to txt all the info along with the sample I had. I sent it to the number they gave me which is Juan's. An hour goes by then two and I didn't even get a reply. I sent another message asking to confirm receipt of my info. He said "yes I received it, we'll start working on them". I gave him a few days... nothing. I texted him to see if the proofs were ready.... Or to give me an ETA on proofs, Nothing. Mind you he told me this would take days... not weeks. Finally he responds and send me some BS! Does not look anything like what I wanted. I sent him other fonts I would be ok with. Sends me some other fonts, that I again do not like. This is already a week and a half after this should have been done and he was barely sending proofs aaaand he had no accents on the wording or anything (written in Spanish) when I literally wrote out all the info the way I wanted it! He takes forever to reply! I then asked if I bought the template if he could print them out a lower cost and have them ready by Friday. I was texting him on a Wednesday. He said yes and went down 30$ I said I'm doing all the work! And he didn't reply! The next day I'm freaking out I have no invites and I have one day left before my deadline to get them out! After all this BS and his voicemail is full! I didn't want to risk not getting my invites! So I ended up going to FEDEX! Way cheaper done in minutes because I had the template and picked up the next day! Awful service completely unprofessional. 0 stars! Don't waste your time or money! Go anywhere else but here. He did refund my money but stressed me the F**** out!
