Smile Big showed up early for the event and had everything set up ahead of schedule. They were also very nice in accommodating the long line at the booth after the designated stop time. The photo booth was solid and the pictures came out quickly. There was a screen on the outside of the box that would rotate through all the photos that have been taken that day which was nice. Selection of props was good also. Overall wonderful experience. Nothing to complain about. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a no hassle, good quality phtoto booth for their event.

Great customer service. He was responsive, clear, and friendly. We were even able to customize a package for us to do all digital prints only. He was also incredibly attentive and helpful when choosing a design. We went back and forth and he was able to make our edits in a timely manner. With his help, we ended up with a design that we loved! On the day of the event, our attendants were Quoc and Grant. They were friendly, energetic, and fun! All of our guests had a great time using the photo booth. Everyone loved it and had a blast! At the end of the night, Quoc and Grant said goodbye to us and they were just so nice! I hired them for my daughter's sweet 16. They took photo after photo, agreed graciously to stay an hour later for which we paid, and the guests loved their photos. I felt they were very easy to work with. Toward the end of the party, I asked about the video portion of the package and why the guests were not being told they could do that. They corrected this, and offered to do it. At this time I was bothered by this because the session was just about over and they were barely offering to video guests. We could not get messages from all of the guests due to the short time available. We had the guests go on camera toward the end of the session, and very quickly they all gave a very heartfelt birthday messages to the birthday girl. We tipped the attendants VERY well because we felt they had done a good job and happily agreed to stay an hour later than we had contracted. We got our photos on a flash drive before they left. We were so grateful for their service and help we tipped them well, and they left. Later, we looked at the pictures and my daughter wanted to watch the videos the guests had made for her. There were plenty of great photos.... but not a single video. They had not said that we would not get the videos so we were confused. None the less, I felt that we were very understanding and patient when we addressed the situation with them. And I felt that they would do right by us. At first we were in contact about the videos, with Adam giving us updates and everything. Then.... nothing. It became apparent that they were avoiding any inquiring emails and voicemail messages. Ten months later, I still sent yet another email... and still no response from Adam or anyone from this company. I still have not received the videos or any word about them. I'm going to assume my daughter will never hear the happy sweet sixteen messages from her guests that we paid for as part of the package. Nor will they tell us what happened to them or apparently offer restitution for not giving us this portion of our package. I wish I can even get the tip back because I feel so disappointed with them. I waited to write this review hoping they would rectify the situation. As they still have not, I decided to share about my experience in case others are trying to decide between AV Photobooth and another photo booth company.

Instead of relying on everyone's pictures or making sure I took as many pictures as possible I wanted to hire a photobooth company. The girl over the phone (sorry I forgot your name!) was sooo sweet! I had to move our conversation over to text due to said soon to be 1 year old and she was extremely understanding. She answered all my questions and assured me I had nothing to worry about. She asked me if we had any themes and a copy of the invitation so she can get an idea of the aesthetic we were going for. I sent her the invitation along with a brief description and a few hours later I had sample frames to choose from for our pictures. Day of the event she arrived on time, announced herself, asked where I would like her to be set up and got right to it. By the time I came back around to see if she needed anything she was completely set up and taking some test pictures to make sure everything was working accordingly. She had the props nicely displayed, table cover was clean and wires out of the way to ensure no one was going to trip over them. Throughout the event she was making small talk with guest, handing them props and just making the Photo Booth an experience. She communicated when it was close to her time to go, so guests could get their last pictures in and when it was time to go she packed up and left the area exactly how she found it. (This was such a nice treat, last thing I want is more things to clean up ) I have saved her number and will be calling OC party lens for all of our upcoming gatherings! Thank you again!!

Yvette was very helpful and made awesome props personalized for my daughters Fiesta. She arrived very early to set everything up and be ready for our event. JASMINE GUERRERO is specially who represents this company and I have the contract to prove all of this. Additionally, the person who responded to her "review" also works for the company and I'm pretty sure is related to her so it's all FAKE. They DID NOT deliver what I asked for or what was in our contract. I specifically asked for the premium photobooth and they sent me "an upgrade" photobooth without asking if I wanted an upgrade!!! At my wedding when the "upgrade" they sent me was NOT capturing the LED light, I told them that this was not the one in the contract, they just kept saying that "it was an upgrade" and "I should be happy"?! How do you NOT send someone what was specifically requested and paid for IN THE CONTRACT and then gaslight them into thinking they should be thanking you for not following through with what was agreed upon?? TERRIBLE!! The mirror photobooth that they sent me did NOT FOCUS on the light and they said it was our sign but we used the same sign for a separate wedding prior that had the same last name and it worked fine with the photobooth like the one we requested and paid for!! Then they refused to give me ANY money back! Please just go with a real business bc this is some backyard family business and they didn't even speak English. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
