It's so tempting to say Fresh Prints of Bel Air... but really, after working with Fresh Prints, you will feel like you are being treated like the wealthy elite of Bel Air. I primarily worked with Lu for a non-profit fundraiser that I coordinated for my company. He was very easy to reach and clear with his communication both before, during, and after the event. He tagged team with Theo and they made sure everyone that came through their booth had a great time (and the photos showed). This is one of the distinctions I see in Fresh Prints vs. other photo booths, their photographers are so much more immersed and invested in ensuring you have a good time- and heck, they don't charge for this extra customer service. They bring out just the right amount of props- enough for you to make a selection but not to overwhelm you. An hour set up time is recommended and rightfully so... it looked like a small house was being built to house the photobooth, but don't worry, these guys know what they are doing. When it came to breakdown, they did it quick and wrapped up ninja style (I think I blinked and I saw some smoke and they were well on their way). Added bonus- Lu designed part of the photo strip that people could take home with them for us. That was a nice touch. I also requested some of the originals and Lu was able to hook it up. This photobooth is awesome. First of all what a clever name! We used this booth at a Yelp event and had so much fun we kept going back for more. There are plenty of fun props that are set up next to the booth to help you capture some creative and fun moments. The booth is really easy to use and the 2 photobooth operators were super friendly and were standing nearby to help out. I believe that you can have them customize a print graphic upon request. The photos come out really quick so you don't have to stand around waiting "3 minutes" or however long it normally takes and return to your party. The quality of pics is also superb.
