This woman is nasty. As a property manager, she is despicable. Refuses to repair appliances (microwave) which was over 20 years old. Told us WE have to replace it. Kitchen light fixture not repaired after three years. She manages someone else's private property, and takes no interest in anything other than collecting rent. Home was shown and rented in the middle of winter. Spring came, and all you could smell was dog urine. Requested cleaning, she brought a bottle of deodorizer. "Clean it yourself" was her response. When a minor appliance was requested to be replaced, she gave us 30 days notice to move. This woman deserves NOTHING in the way of commission from her customers. Horrible experience dealing with this company several years ago, the house was infested with mice and other insects so I vacated the premises because pest control visits every other week was not something I wanted to live with. read more

BAD, AWFUL LANDLORD!!!! Doesn't care about you just collecting your money. She never wanted to repair anything and when she did, she sent in her husband who isn't even a repair man. When I moved out after 2 years she charged me a cleaning fee of $150 for re-cleaning the kitchen she says was coated in grease but I cleaned it spotless! I left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in because I wanted my deposit back. I also steam cleaned the carpet and she charged me $80 to re-do that too even after I told her I did it and she checked it over. This landlord is crazy and a scammer and I recommend you steer clear of doing any business with her unless you want a bad landlord. She'll act nice to your face then rip you off! read more

Terrible landlord! She does NOT care about her tenants all she cares about is your money! I received no repairs while I lived at one of their places. One time, a tree fell in the yard nearly hitting my car and obstructed our driveway. It took her 3 days to even respond and by then, I took care of the hazardous tree. She is a lazy landlord who cannot be bothered to get up and look around for things. I dropped rent once that couldn't be located, but found later, I dropped my keys after I moved out and she said I never did so she was going to charge double rent. Low and behold, she found them and continued to say that it was my fault and I dropped them off late. They have no security cameras in place so it was my word versus hers. Terrible, terrible, landlord. I don't even EXPECT my security deposit back because I guarantee she will make some other bull up. DO NOT RENT FROM MY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. read more
