I was dismissed and was waiting on their response to see if I was approved for almost 2 weeks. Then, today I was told by Irina that ALL of the available two bedroom apartments were rented last week. She never told me if I was approved. I provided 6 months of on-time rental payment history, 6 months of bank statements, and a work contract to prove income. I have a VERY hard time believing that not only was that not enough to get approved but that every single 2 bedroom apartment was rented last week. So, not only did they lie but they acted as if they were above me. They treated a pregnant women with complete disrespect and disregard. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake I made.

The check she sent to the landlord bounced out of his account NSF, causing a substantial amount of financial damage on his end and we now are forced to seek legal action to get our money back from her.
