The grounds are always well maintained and snow removed promptly and thoroughly - there was very little "clean up" shoveling to do. I had a few maintenance issues and WP was super-responsive to my needs. On one occasion the batteries died in both of my keyless locks at the same time, and they came out and drilled one of the locks to get me into the unit, with no charge. This is definitely above and beyond what I would expect from a property management company. I also need to call out Becky Hinkle for her great customer service. Becky was my "go to" person when I had a question or problem and she never failed to help me solve my issues in a quick, reasonable and professional way. Spring Creek itself is a great little community - quiet and friendly and very well built units. I highly recommend this complex, especially since it is managed by Washington Properties.

Since this house was originally one residence that was made into a duplex later. Be careful when you sign a lease with them. They don't follow thru until it's another issue that's was handled 2 years ago and it's started again.
