It was a great decision to rent from My RVs 4 Rent. First of all, all of the trailer rental companies/Outdoorsy I had looked at were much more expensive compared to My RVs 4 Rent. I decided to go with this for only $110 per night. Kenny (the owner) answered every phone call I had from the booking process all the way to when we dropped off the trailer. He was extremely helpful in giving advice on trailering and being flexible with our schedule and requests. It was also nice to hear that he was taking precautions against COVID-19 by leaving allowing extra time between rentals and using an industrial sanitizing fogger to clean the trailers. The trailer itself was clean and in good condition. We brought all of our own towels, sheets, pillows, and cooking equipment as instructed. The trailer (25' Skyline) was perfect for our trip to Mammoth Lakes for us two and our small pupper. I would definitely go with this company to book a trailer getaway. Lastly, I found it rather complicated to get my Chevy Colorado wired with a brake controller in such a short amount of time, so I picked up an Echo Wireless Brake controller from Camping World (where Kenny met us with the trailer). Although it was $300, it saved our trip. read more

If you're leery because you found this business on Craigslist don't be! Kenny is a fantastic business owner and will do everything he can to ensure that you have a great trip. I found Kenny on Craigslist I was a little suspicious because Craigslist. However, after I contacted and started emailing Kenny all my suspicion was unfounded. Kenny is fantastic! The wife and I wanted to do a weekend getaway up north and try out different trailer sizes to haul. We picked the 21' trailer for our first go around. Kenny responded quickly to every communication before, during, and after our trip. He even gave us the option to pick up the trailer a day early! Unfortunetly I still have to work so I couldn't do that. I asked Kenny if we can pick up the trailer early on the day we wanted and he said, 'Ya, Sam no problem!' SWEET! We show up early and Kenny is on time. He walked us through the trailer and showed us how everything works. He even gave us a hitch to tow the trailer with at no extra charge! The trip into wine country was great. The trailer handled well. I didn't know how to start the oven in the middle of the night so I sent Kenny an email. Within 5 minutes I got an answer. He even gave us extra time on the trailer to drop it off on the day it was to be returned. Which was great no extra charge. We had a problem with our schedule and Kenny being the mindful guy gave us directions to leave the trailer so we didn't have to wait 1.5 hours for him to return. There were some problems and if you rent from Kenny tell him what the problems are he will be sure to have it fixed. Kenny didn't even question if we were the cause of the problem. He apologized and said 'The issue you reported is being fixed now'! Please tell him if you have any issues so he can fix it for future renters. Use this service! I highly recommend it. At one point we lost our power source and needed to get a generator ASAP. Kenny was able to meet with us and provide a generator right away on a busy Saturday when he didn't have to.
