I was shocked and not happy upon returning to our empty home that were selling. They did NOT even vacuum one room downstairs! Didnt even clean anything!! My husband and I cleaned it throughly for a showing , so house wasn't bad to begin with, and believe me they took advantage of it! 6 girls for 4 hours at $500.00. A joke! 26 Jul I needed a last minute cleaning called My SA Maids after they had messaged me on Facebook that they could help. They agreed to help me out. I was told I was getting 2 experienced Airbnb cleaners with all 5 star reviews. We agreed to a show time of 11am and I was told she had no conflicts for the check out. It was a back to back. I sent pictures, my listing and my written cleaning instructions all over the day before. The next morning 27 Jul day of cleaning I get a text around 940am stating they will not be at the home until 12pm. I was not happy yet whatever it's 2 people. I still decided to go to the property and get things started.(bad feeling) I stripped all beds (took linen with me) put towels in washer, put all dishes in the dishwasher and started it and stocked everything except trash bags and the toiletries. They showed up at 12pm yet the lady was dropped off and the guy left. I explained everything yet this should of been a piece of cake. She had no more questions I left and went shopping. I come back at 230pm she is still upstairs just getting ready to come downstairs. It was 2 pillow shams missing which were in the linen closet I showed her she apologized then I went to checking everything and it was alot wrong. I sent her downstairs to start and I fixed everything upstairs. The guy still was not back and the time was 3pm I messaged the owner and let her know. And again I had to reclean behind her so many issues. It's now 4pm and I couldn't even get to the backyard to ensure everything was good there or straighten up the toys and games in the garage. She took all her stuff and she had alot to include a vacuum and was standing at the edge of my driveway on the opposite side where I already had guest. I asked her where was her ride she said on the way. She said she was going to walk up to the park and wait. Its Texas yall I am not going to have this lady drag all this stuff to the park and wait in the heat. I put all her stuff in the back of my car and had her get in. We waited for over 30 minutes. She kept apologizing and telling me she could wait outside. I explained to her it was too hot and I couldn't allow her to do that. She thanked me and continued to apologize about the cleaning as well. I sent the owner text after text explaining everything that had happened as it was happening, sending pictures and all. She says she will investigate and get back to me. She sends me an email apologizing and say how embarrassed she was and only offered me a $50 off my next cleaning! I sent her a very nice email requesting all my money back. I got nothing she promised to deliver and I did most of the work, my home was not completely cleaned or cleaned properly and I spent over 30 minutes of my time ensuring her worker was taken care of. The lady did not speak any English and I feel like this company is misusing immigrants. Alysia the owner told me I should of kicked her out if I didn't like the cleaning in so many words yet why would I when she had no ride and I had a cleaning that needed to be done by 4pm and at this point some help is better than none. read more

I'm a single mom that works over 40hrs a week. My days off are spent cleaning a portion of my house then tackling the next portion the next off day. Sometimes my body just hurts so I stay in bed. I am constantly overwhelmed with the mess I feel like my 2 yr old will destroy my progress of anything I clean so I decided to splurge and find a company to do a deep clean, upholstery clean and Organize my apartment. I filled out a questionnaire on Yelp and it contacted all the cleaning companies near me and My SA Maids got back to me the quickest and was the most thorough. Alysia contacted me back in less than 30 minutes and was able to give me an estimate based off the questionnaire and then I was able to give more details on what I was looking for and we got a more specific price from there. I was also able to book Alysia by scheduling my cleaning within her availability and I was happy it was the person I was already talking to. The other services that did respond only responded with a figure and that was it or were very short with me. Alysia had no problem answering my questions and I felt their website broke down each service pretty well to give me a better understanding of what I wanted. My big thing was that I wanted my apartment cleaned but I also wanted it organized as I never have time for both myself I figured once it has a home I can do my best to keep it there. I was happy to see they offered a service for 2 hours of organization and they were able to organize my kitchen and restroom. They ask after if you'd like them to organize anything after for an addition Charge and I got my pantry done too. I think next time I'll request my closets and clothes as they weren't that big of a concern for me this time around. I bought some organizers before hand to help and had them use what they needed and I'll be returning the rest. It was an 8-5:30pm cleaning and I made sure I was out of the house so they could do their thing. My apartment was small but I know it wasn't a small job I was asking of them but when I got home I wanted to cry at how nice it all looked and smelled. I was so happy that I could change and just lay down with my son and relax. I even had a bath. It was worth every penny! I used to dread going into my kitchen and would always eat out or just go to bed hungry because the dishes would pile up and I could never even figure out what in my fridge was edible still. I would honestly throw dishes away over washing them bc the pile would be too big and some dishes were just far gone. I wish I had before and after pictures but I was too embarrassed to even look at the before. They were kind and made sure to update throughout the day and even asked before tossing things out. I never thought of hiring a maid or cleaners before because that's just not how I was raised but I took the leap. This time around it was a pretty deep clean (they also suggest any first time users do a deep cleaning then go from there for returning services) next time I book it won't be so much. They also offer a discount if you want repeat services. If you're hesitating on it just do it! Treat yourself one time and you'll see that it is worth it! Thank you My SA Maids! read more
