My mother went to treat herself to a pedicure which she rarely does and it was the worst pedicure she's ever had. $75 for a 30 minute pedicure if she was lucky.. I'm a vermont cosmetologist and my spa pedicure is $55 for 1 hour 15 minutes... she was definitely taken advantage of. she will be lucky if her polish even lasts. When I called to say they need to refund her a portion he said "now you listen", no you listen to me I have been licensed for 20 years and I will be contacting the board of cosmetology to report them so they will get paid a random visit. Overall good experience.... Spa pedicure was amazing... hot stones topped it off. I got french tips on my toes but the lines didn't really match up the only downside was that I got a manicure with gel dip... and didn't receive the manicure part. I have been going here for almost two years now. Unable to have a permanent appointment for a fill every time I usually call short notice to ask either for that day or the next. Very rarely does it not work. I use pedicure time for some quiet and nodding off, so I was relieved that I do not have to keep up conversation (think Hairsalon lol), but could just relax. The salon is clean, well taken care off, a husband and wife team with occasional help. All the utensils are sterilized between use, as tables, chairs etc. are being sanitized between clients. I like french manicure and once in a while a pedicure, had some "acrylic" nails done in S. C. a couple years back and liked it. When I came back home to Vermont they needed to be re done. However the owner of Nailstyle convinced me to use Gel Nails instead. I have never looked back since. I use my hands heavily, the nails also take a good beating here and there. The nails hold up well, so does the polish. I do not like the bright white from a french manicure so they spend some time looking for just the right gel polish I like and hit it right on. I am obviously very happy there after two years frequenting this salon. Would love if they could add massage to their offerings as well. One stop shop! The team does a really good job and have also remodeled the salon since I have started coming, making it a whole lot more inviting. read more

I had a very nice pedicure. They have excellent color selections. I was a walk in at 10 when they opened and they took me right away.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my pedicure appointment. I sat and waited for 15 minutes before being sat in a chair. I've been sitting with my feet soaking in water for a half hour. The water is now cold. I can't wait for this to be over. Absolutely will not be returning. Update: was late for my next appointment due to waiting so long at this place. Nails weren't dried all the way so now it looks like a toddler painted them. If I could reduce my stars to none, I would. read more

I didn't really care for this place the first time but I figured I give it 1 more shot before I called it quits! Well to start off, the guy that did my pedicure was apparently in a bad mood & his shitty attitude showed & he most def didn't care that it did! He rushed through my pedicure, barely even massaged my legs, he put the hot towel on my legs & left for quite a while, long enough for the towels to become really really cold! I went into Nail Style a while back and finally have time to write a review. I went in for a mani-pedi. Prices were reasonable. First lady that did my feet was nice. She chose another color slightly off from the one I asked for but I let it go because she was nice and the color she had in her hand was good too. So any stars here and the tip I gave in the end were for her service. The second lady that did my manicure: not good, hence the low rating. I was getting gel nails for the first time and when she shaped the tips she did one style and I asked her if we could try the other style that she mentioned (she had suggested two styles to me in the beginning and made it seem like we could try both to see what worked best). She got impatient with me when I asked if we could try the second style for filing my nail tips and rolled her eyes. After she put the gel on, I asked her if we could sand the gel down to make the nails as thin as we can (because I have seen thick gel nails and they look stubby and not as elegant as the thinned down version). She snapped at me and said: I'm not done yet. I was surprised but polite and said ok. I asked another nail question a few minutes later because again, this was the first time I was doing gels and I wanted to learn from her, and she snapped at me again and said: I'm not done yet, and rolled her eyes. I didn't ask any more questions. She did not sand my nails down as I had wanted and left them very thick. Then she started to insult the width of my nails (I have wide nail beds) and said they were: so big. I took it in stride and said yes, I have big nail beds. But she continued to say this loudly and laughing at me and looking around to make sure others nearby could hear and was basically insulting me. Meanwhile, my nails were bigger because she had not sanded the gels down to a thinner depth. The lady sitting next to me noticed this second nail person saying this about me but neither of us said anything because we were taken aback. I was not in an arguing mood, so I paid for the nails and gave a tip hoping it would go to the first lady only. I ended up keeping the gel nails on for only three days and then went to another salon and had them take those nails off and do better nails for me. The woman at the new salon mentioned that they had done it too thick. So, watch out for the rudeness at Nail Style (the manicure lady in particular, wish I knew her name). And there are a lot of other salons in nearby places that do great manicures instead. read more
