I'm still upset over it because It looked better before I went into the salon! I was so excited for a makeover, especially since I haven't treated myself for 4 years. I had reddish brown hair, wanted it to be dyed brown & have some blonde balayage with a blonde face frame. As soon as I got home and took a better look at my hair, I started balling my eyes out!!! My was hair was completely botched. There was a chunk of blonde on the top of my head, that's it. and she put about 30 foils in my hair for the highlights. Usually after getting foils in my hair, I wait about a half hour-45 minutes after the foils are done so it can really process. They were taken out within 10 minutes after being finished with the foils. I understand the type of blonde you want is a process. But ended up being with no color dimension in my hair at all except for the top of my head. My hair (with a trim) is completely fried, it looked so much healthier before I went into the salon. None of the color in the foils that were applied showed in my hair, nothing at all! This has NEVER happened to me with my old hair dresser. If the colors were left in longer like they are supposed to, I would've had a better result. But no, now I have to go spend more money after spending $170 for a complete rip off of a hair job just to be upset every single day that my hair looks like this now. I'm so disappointed I didn't get the " make over" "feeling good" "new confidence feeling." I wanted, instead I'm completely upset about my hair and the price. I will next time make the drive to CT to my old hair dresser, who never had an issue dying my hair, even if I had used boxed dye. The place is nice and the girls are very sweet and welcoming but I can't hold it in any longer about how upset I am with the way my hair turned out. My foils should've been left in much longer or a different volume developer should have been used in order to get Some type of result.

She is a biker so she knew exactly what needed work. She went really deep and was always checking in to make sure the pressure wasn't too hard to tolerate. She was persistent with spots until the mussels opened up. The place was very clean and they were on schedule w no waiting. Highly recommend giving it a try. I'll be back when I visit again in July. However, if you are looking for a gym wherein you can workout to your full capacity as a serious gym person and have all the amenities needed, this is not your spot.
