We hired RPI for all of our cabinets in our new house and put down over $18k in September. I eventually talked to him and he just made excuses and said that he was still waiting on some of the order. When I asked when they would arrive, he said he didn't know. It is now over 5 months since we placed the order and he will not respond. This is holding up the completion of our house and have been forced to purchase cabinets from a different company. He has forced me to take legal action to recover my deposit. As others have stated, I would stay clear of RPI. I would rate him 0 or negative but that is not an option.
